Research On Prevention Mechanism Of Bullying In Secondary Vocational School

Students in school are the hope and future of the motherland,and their physical and mental health must be effectively guaranteed.Campus bullying will seriously damage the physical and mental health of students in school,which has a great negative impact on campus harmony,legal construction and social atmosphere.Therefore,we must effectively solve the problem of campus bullying.In particular,school bullying in secondary vocational schools,as the focus of traditional research is mainly middle school students’ prevention and management of campus bullying,less attention is paid to secondary vocational school campus bullying,which makes this area become a research blind spotIn order to make up for the lack of research on campus bullying in secondary vocational schools,this paper takes WF city JJ school as a case to study the prevention and control mechanism of campus bullying in secondary vocational schools.Through the questionnaire survey and interview survey of WF city JJ school to obtain the first-hand information,the paper finds out the problems and causes of bullying in WF city JJ school,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview.The literature method is embodied in the collection of a large number of literature,data records,works and so on,which provides a solid theoretical basis for the research.The questionnaire survey method is embodied in the design of "WF city JJ school Campus bullying status questionnaire",using self-administered questionnaire survey method,comprehensive survey of WF city JJ school Campus bullying status,grasp the first-hand information,and analyze the collected questionnaire.The interview method is embodied in the design of "WF city JJ school Teachers’ interview questionnaire",and based on the interview questionnaire,in-depth interviews are conducted to understand the ideas of teachers and students of WF city JJ school,as well as the status quo and causes of bullying in the school,so as to lay the foundation for the follow-up research.This paper finds that the problem of bullying in WF city JJ school is serious,It covers the types of ridicule,insulting nickname ridicule,online bad speech,distribution isolation,physical attack,spreading rumors,threats,extortion and other types;from the frequency of occurrence,from the high to the bottom,the order is verbal bullying,relationship bullying,network bullying,physical bullying,and extortion bullying;from the perspective of gender differences,boys are more likely to be bullied,but women are more likely to be bullied The harm of being bullied is more serious.The main reasons for the formation of campus bullying are the absence of school management,the lack of government intervention,the failure of teachers to give full play to their role,the unsound family and the low quality of students.In view of the above reasons,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the school level,the teacher level,the family level and the students themselves level.The school level should optimize the school management system,take effective legal education measures,and comprehensively help the victims;the government level should form a law popularization and publicity coordination mechanism,strictly enforce the law,and strengthen the supervision of the school;the teacher level should optimize the school management system,take effective legal education measures,and comprehensively help the victims At the family level,parents are required to improve their educational concept,improve their quality and establish an effective parent communication mechanism;students themselves require students to improve their moral cultivation,strengthen the awareness of the rule of law,learn to protect themselves,and the school gives students hope.
