| Educational discipline is a necessary educational means to correct students’ deviant behavior.The healthy growth of students benefits from the joint action of family and school,and participating in educational discipline is also the responsibility of the family.Therefore,to win the understanding,support and cooperation of the family is the key to the long-term implementation of school education discipline.However,under the influence of different demands of families and schools,educational discipline is difficult to break through the bottleneck.Opening a smooth path for home-school cooperation for educational discipline is an important measure to overcome the current dilemma.Does the current invisible "opposition" between schools and families really exist? What is the willingness to fulfill the responsibility of educational discipline? Are there any practical results that can be used for reference?These issues need to be explored.Taking into account the above issues,this study uses research methods such as questionnaire,interview,and text analysis based on the "Disciplinary Rules",with primary school parents,teachers,and managers as the survey objects,to investigate the cognition,rule attitudes,and regulatory behavior levels and differences of various subjects to the "Disciplinary Rules",and to understand the current situation and influencing factors of home-school cooperation in primary school education discipline,On the basis of investigation and research,the author analyzes the cases of practical exploration results of educational discipline,deeply understands the practical status of educational discipline,summarizes experience and inspiration,discovers the direction of constructing a home-school cooperation mechanism,and then constructs a home-school cooperation mechanism in primary education discipline.Firstly,a survey was conducted,with 606 parents,487 teachers,and 248 managers as the research objects,to investigate the cognition,attitude,and behavior of various subjects regarding the "Disciplinary Rules".The results showed that primary school parents’ rule attitude level,teachers’ rule cognition level,and managers’ rule behavior level were the highest,and there were significant differences between different subjects in rule cognition,rule attitude,and rule behavior,indicating that parents,teachers,and managers were trapped in an invisible opposition.In addition,a survey was conducted on the current situation of home-school cooperation in education discipline from five dimensions: responsibility division,communication platform,workflow,system guarantee,and influencing factors.According to the survey results,"absence" and "offside" coexist in chaos;"fear of using" and "abandonment" levels are difficult;"difficulty" and "inaction" shoulder the heavy responsibility.Based on investigation and research,case studies were conducted to collect the practical exploration results of educational discipline,and it was found that the orderly operation of educational discipline depends on the standardized formulation of implementation rules,the active participation of relevant subjects,and the sound and perfect organization.Based on the research results and relevant theories such as home-school cooperation,this study proposes a "five in one" mechanism framework and constructs a home-school cooperation mechanism in educational discipline.This mechanism takes schools as the main position,combines government,social(district),judicial and other forces,and actively strives for the understanding,support,and cooperation of students’ parents in order to correct their misconduct.Under the cooperative principle of legal compliance,multiple subjects,consistent goals,and clear rights and responsibilities,the rights and responsibilities of all parties have been clarified,and a family school cooperation committee for education discipline has been established.At the same time,it is proposed to utilize the existing home-school cooperation platform resources,standardize the disciplinary work process,and establish a sound security system. |
