Nowadays,all countries in the world,both developed and developing countries,are troubled by the problem of bullying on campus.The complexity and diversity,low age and repetition of bullying on campus have caused it to become an educational problem and even a social problem.The seriousness of the problem of bullying on campus can not be underestimated.It will have a bad or even long-term impact on children’s physical and mental health,personality,studies,life and other aspects.And as a populous country with rapid economic and educational development,China also has a very serious problem of campus bullying,so it is necessary to pay attention to and control the problem of campus bullying.Norway began to study the intervention and prevention measures of campus bullying earlier and achieved remarkable results.For example,its Olweus Bullying Prevention Program is recognized as one of the most effective projects in the world.Therefore,this paper selects the prevention and intervention measures of bullying in primary and secondary schools in Norway as the research object,with a view to learning from the advanced experience of Norway according to the actual situation in China.The core research question of this paper is: How does Norway solve this problem under the dilemma of frequent bullying incidents on campus and causing serious harm? The main sub-questions of this paper are as follows: 1.The evolution process of school bullying in Norway under the influence of prevention and intervention measures? 2.What are the prevention and intervention measures for school bullying in Norway? 3.What is the effect of bullying prevention and intervention measures in Norway? 4.Why did bullying and interventions in Norway achieve significant results?The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,the concept of bullying is defined and introduced,and the theoretical basis of this paper is expounded,namely,the social ecosystem theory,and the analysis framework of this paper is established;Secondly,the origin of school bullying in Norway and its evolution under the influence of prevention and intervention measures are reviewed,and the national policies and laws related to school bullying at the macro system level and the main anti-bullying programs at the meso and micro system level are introduced.Taking the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program in Norway as an example,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the hierarchical prevention and intervention measures based on the social ecosystem theory,and analyzes the short-term and long-term effects of the project.Finally,from the perspective of social ecology,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of school bullying in Norway,and summarizes the reasons for the effectiveness of the prevention and intervention measures of school bullying in Norway and the points for reference. |
