The "reading and media propagation" task group is one of the learning goal groups of " normal high school curriculum standards"(revised in 2017)(hereinafter referred to as "new curriculum")and has unique " lateral" features that require foreign language teachers to induce students to use online media resources.As a background of the new media age,we understand the characteristics of the media,identify media information,and operate the media language skills.However,the traditional learning method is not able to realize the learning goal of the target group,and this means that it is a problem that how to teach the target group "reading and the media propagation" is noticed.The purpose of this research is to apply the project learning which is characteristic of "junior high school" to the educational practice of the target group.Project learning is a learning model based on actual situation,attracting students to do physical cooperation about basic knowledge and complex projects,and the feature is integration of knowledge,and it is highly consistent with the target group of "reading and media communication".At present,the project learning applied to the target group reading and the media communication research is not fully implemented,and the research result is limited,but both integration and development must be an executable policy.The main part is divided into three parts: on the basis of the first,the guide,and the literature research,the research background and significance of the paper are outlined,the research present is outlined,and the research plan and method of the paper are arranged on the basis,and the main part is related to Chapter 4.The first chapter is based on the literature,and the basic concepts and basic features of the "reading and media propagation" goal group and the learning items are clarified.In the second chapter,through the case analysis,analysis,and research,the experience of the foreigner was summarized through several known and reference learning items applied to the target group education of the junior high school national language " reading and media communication".We summarize the shortage and build a solid foundation for the study of the education strategy of chapter III.The education strategy of Chapter 3 is based on the basic learning process based on the project,but the educational strategy proposed in the goal group of "reading and media communication" of the junior high school is aimed atproviding the opportunity to teach the foreign language teacher the goal group by using the project learning.In Chapter 3,a conclusive opinion is presented in part 3,where the mission research method is used to design and enact curriculum and teaching practices for a group of " reading and media propagation" in chinese language education for junior high school,and to verify the feasibility of the third chapter’s educational strategy and to reflect on the educational situation.The research project offered a new science education idea and reference to the education of the target group of " reading and media communication",and adapted to the change of the development of the times and the educational method,and it was possible to respond to the correspondence of the junior high school teachers of the teacher.How to educate and cultivate target groups of "reading and media propagation" ? In addition,by combining the project learning with this target group,students’ interest in " reading and exchange" language learning can be better extracted and the students can develop the full development of basic language skills.However,in the educational objectives of the actual application project through "reading and exchanges on Wednesday",a junior high school foreign language teacher must have high vocational qualifications and obtain external support for schools and parents.
