With the rapid development of our country's economy,people's demand for improving and reforming the teaching quality of colleges and universities is increasing day by day,and many new teaching methods and ideas are constantly impacting the traditional teaching.There are some problems in traditional teaching methods,such as rigid teaching methods,neglect of students' subjectivity and differences.If we continue to use the traditional teaching model to teach students is outdated,not only with the modern social ideology,but also can not meet the needs of the current talent training.And pay attention to how to learn and why to learn the PBL teaching method obviously meets the needs of the development of modern education.In PBL teaching method,teachers pay attention to enlightening students to think,advocate learners to actively participate in exploring problems,and strive to make learners acquire new knowledge in the process of solving problems,further improve autonomous learning ability,and promote self-learning The Development of Innovative Thinking.Therefore,the application of PBL teaching method to physical education is an important measure to adapt to the development of education.In many sports,swimming,as a popular and popular sport,can exercise students' willpower and cooperative spirit very well.The breaststroke in the four strokes is the compulsory content in the swimming class.Because students can not only master breaststroke in a short time,to ensure the successful completion of teaching tasks.At the same time breaststroke and vertical swimming technology is similar,beginners familiar with self-help can be emergency.The teaching of breaststroke by PBL method not only accords with the teaching reform of college physical education,but also contributes to the development of students' ability of active learning and lifelong learning.This article adopts literature method,experiment method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method.The 2018 class of public sports swimming students of Guangdong Ocean University is used as the experimental object.The experimental class uses the PBL teaching method and the control class uses the traditional teaching method.Teaching experiment.From the aspects of public physicaleducation students' breaststroke skills assessment and achievements,learning interests,communication and communication skills,analysis and problem solving skills,autonomous learning ability,cooperative inquiry ability,etc.,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The PBL teaching method is adopted in the swimming public body class,which is in line with the physical and mental characteristics of college students.The results of the experimental class and the technical assessment are better than those of the control class,and they have a high feasibility.2.The PBL teaching method is used in the swimming public class,students can better think independently in practice,take the initiative to find information,and their self-learning ability and cooperative exploration ability have been significantly improved.3.The PBL teaching method can better connect with the living situation and help to stimulate students' interest in learning.4.The PBL teaching method is used in the swimming public class teaching,students can communicate effectively and analyze and solve problems...
