In the face of the most striking emerging technology in the new round of technological revolution,the mature development of AI has led to the subversive change of "intelligence" in various fields.With the need of education reform and development,the development of AI education is related to national security and sustainable development of social economy,and is the main focus of future international competition,attracting the attention and attention of all countries in the world.Its necessity and importance both point to the guiding demand for the development of AI education in China in the future and the policy guarantee demand for the construction of the institutional environment.However,the research on relevant policies is relatively weak,so the research on relevant policies is carried out with a view to improving the policy development while exploring the characteristics of existing policies and further promoting the development of AI education in the future.This paper mainly takes the text of China’s AI education policy as the research object,starting with the policy text and research literature,and relying on the public policy analysis theory and policy tool theory,first of all,on the basis of the collection and collation of relevant literature and materials,the introduction and theoretical basis of this study are constructed and improved by using the literature research method and historical research method,and the background and evolution history of the policy are further analyzed;Secondly,on the basis of determining the sample and analysis method of the policy text,the paper uses the content analysis method to analyze the characteristics and content of the policy text,and draws the research conclusion from the number of policy years,the type of text,the main body of formulation,the word cloud,the characteristic words and the construction of the two-dimensional analysis framework of the policy;Finally,it further analyzes the main experience and existing problems of China’s AI education policy,and points to optimizing the top-level design to promote and lead the development of China’s AI education in the future.Through research and analysis,it is concluded that the current AI education policy in China has formulated independent and thematic policy responses,actively constructed the leading development environment for education modernization,promoted the gradual integration of AI and education,and launched the construction of AI+teacher team;However,at present,there are problems such as the imbalance of the development layout of policy objectives,the imbalance of the structure of policy tools,the single use of policy objectives and policy tools,and the weak governance system of policy planning.Based on this,the paper also puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions combining with the research conclusions.Starting from the evolution history and text analysis of China’s AI education policy,this paper uses content analysis method to comprehensively apply quantitative and qualitative research,and combines mature policy tool theory with China’s AI education policy for text analysis,which is innovative and provides theoretical guidance and theoretical exploration value for relevant policy research,Formulate reasonable policies based on top-level policy design to guide the development of AI education in China in the future. |
