Labor education is an important topic in the field of education in China,and the status of labor education in the entire education system is constantly improving.The purpose of primary school labor education is to cultivate primary school students’ labor concept and labor accomplishment.The cultivation of both can not be realized effectively by relying solely on schools and teachers.Therefore,it needs the support and cooperation of families.In other words,strong home-school cooperation can effectively improve the quality of primary school labor education and promote the development of primary school labor education.By means of questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,this study deeply analyzes the current situation of cooperation between labor educators and schools in primary schools,puts forward the current problems and the causes of these problems,and puts forward targeted strategies and suggestions on this basis.On the basis of collecting and sorting out the connotation,theory and strategy of labor education,home-school cooperation and labor educator school cooperation at home and abroad,the core concepts of elementary school labor educator school cooperation are determined.The theory of overlapping domains of influence,Sukhomlinsky’s idea of labor education,Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development,and Marx’s labor education ideas are used as the theoretical basis for the study.On the basis of referring to previous studies and practical research needs,questionnaire survey and interview were conducted from the aspects of cognition,practice,attitude,suggestions and evaluation of the cooperation between labor educators and schools,so as to deeply understand the current situation of the cooperation between students of A and B schools in labor educators and schools.The survey results show that in the current process of primary school labor education,home-school cooperation plays a certain role in helping the development of labor education,but there are still some problems,including:(1)Families do not fully understand the cooperation between labor educators and schools,and parents are not highly involved;(2)lack of awareness of labor education in schools,lack of theoretical support for activities,lack of full-time teachers and neglect of teacher training;(3)labor education home-school cooperation is not perfect in overall planning,evaluation and monitoring mechanism.The reasons that lead to these problems include:(1)Families have a vague perception of responsibility for home-school cooperation in labor education;(2)lack of power of schools in the development of labor education and its home-school cooperation;(3)the overall development of labor education home-school cooperation is still in the exploration period.Based on the above analysis of the problems and causes,the following strategies were explored by combining the theory of overlapping domains of influence,Sukhomlinsky’s idea of labor education,Marx’s theory on comprehensive human development,and Marx’s labor education ideas:(1)Change the concept of education;(2)clarify the responsible subject;(3)create the real labor world;(4)integrate resources inside and outside the school to build a platform;(5)improve the labor educator school cooperation guarantee system. |
