China has entered a period of accelerated social transformation,juvenile delinquency and other trends have become younger,and relevant laws and regulations on the protection of minors have gradually improved.In order to prevent juveniles involved in crimes from causing serious harm to their families and society,judicial organs have introduced professional social work forces to assist juveniles involved in crimes in reintegrating into society.The paper mainly relies on the procuratorate’s conditional non-prosecution of juvenile criminal suspects project undertaken by the G institution of Hezhou City,Guangxi,and carries out casework intervention and research on the project help and education target Cheng.The author used field research methods to estimate the client’s problems,deeply understand the reasons behind his emotional and behavioral problems,and determine that there were three problems during the period of helping: first,the client had irrational beliefs and paranoid emotions about the cause of the crime;Second,the client has irrational beliefs and anxieties about his future work and life;Third,the client has irrational beliefs and hostile feelings about family relationships.The author focuses on the application of rational emotion therapy mode in case help and education,and focuses on eliminating the irrational beliefs of clients.At the same time,when studying the existing problems of juveniles involved in crime in G institutions,the author pays attention to the interaction between juveniles involved in crime and their environment.Based on the perspective of social ecological system,the author analyzes the current situation of the problem and the causes of crime from the microsystem,meso system and macro system of Juveniles involved in crime in G institutions,and puts forward corresponding reflections and suggestions through casework intervention and research.The evaluation of the scale showed that the irrational beliefs of the client changed significantly,and the anxiety,paranoia and hostility changed from moderate to mild before intervention,that is,the client’s psychological cognition and emotions were effectively improved.This proves that the use of rational emotion therapy mode by social workers to carry out case-by-case help and education services for juveniles involved in crimes has a positive effect,and can achieve the expected goals of help and education services.The paper shows that: First,the rational emotion therapy model is suitable for involving minors suspected of the crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble.Second,the rational emotion therapy model can be effectively applied to the help and education services of juveniles involved in crimes.Third,the use of rational emotion therapy mode can improve the effectiveness of help and education services for juveniles involved in crimes.Fourth,judicial social workers should be keenly aware of and evaluate the unreasonable beliefs of their clients.Fifth,good parent-child communication can promote the achievement of the goal of helping and educating.Sixth,a well-developed social support network can help minors reintegrate into society.The paper reflects that: First,the rational emotion therapy model has limitations in the help and education service of juveniles involved in crime.Second,the use of social workers’ professional skills in casework intervention is too monolithic in the help and education of juveniles involved in crimes.Third,the integration ability of social workers in the help and education service system is not strong.Fourth,the professional assistance and teaching capacity of judicial social workers is insufficient and needs to be improved.Based on reflection,the paper puts forward four corresponding suggestions: First,deepen the localization development of rational emotion therapy model.Second,the two-way interaction of "individual + situation" should be promoted in the intervention process.Third,it is necessary to build a social ecological system network for juveniles involved in crime to help and educate.Fourth,it is necessary to improve the professional assistance and education ability of judicial social workers.
