Minors are at a special stage of growth and development,and there are complex contradictions in their psychological development.These contradictions,induced by adverse social effects,are prone to be involved in crimes due to impulsivity and other reasons,but they have a strong sense of repentance.If they are only punished by law,they cannot play the role of "education,persuasion,and rescue",and are prone to lead to secondary crimes.In the case of minors who have committed a criminal offence,social work,which includes legal aid and deduction,is an excellent opportunity for such minors to re-enter society,thus reducing the recidivism rate of juvenile offenders.This study selected 36 minors involved in crimes from the Z Procuratorate of G City as the research object.Through social investigation methods such as interviews,discussions,and observations,it conducted a comprehensive understanding and mastery of the basic situation of the minors involved in crimes,and analyzed the group characteristics and causes of crime of the minors involved in crimes based on the mastered basic situation.Using case analysis as a breakthrough,it conducted judicial assistance and education for the minors involved in crimes through social work intervention methods,Explore effective ways for social work to intervene in the judicial assistance and education of juvenile offenders.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research,reviews the current research situation at home and abroad,and makes comments.Finally,the related concepts The theory and research methods are defined and explained.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of the minors’ judicial assistance education project of the Z Procuratorate in G City,Jiangxi Province,and analyzes the group characteristics and formation reasons of minors.The third chapter is about case acceptance,basic information acquisition of the person in charge of the case,problem inference and diagnosis The preparation work for social work before the participation of helpers such as supporting the formulation of goals and plans is introduced.Chapter 4 introduces the practical process of social work intervention case education services,including the implementation process,evaluation and closure of intervention plan case education services,and case reflection.Chapter 5 introduces the summary and reflection of this study. |
