| The development of tourism promotes the personalized demand of tourism consumers,which puts forward higher requirements for secondary vocational students studying tourism,and they are faced with more challenges.Tourism students in secondary vocational schools are the reserve force for the development of tourism industry,and the quality of talent training is related to the rise and fall of the industry."Scenic Tour Guide Practice" is a core practical course of tourism major in secondary vocational schools,which plays a positive role in the training of tourist guide talents." Role-playing is a student-centered classroom teaching,which is characterized by experience,interaction and pertinence.Learning and applying knowledge points by role-playing can stimulate students’ interest in learning,promote students’ understanding and mastery of knowledge,exercise and improve students’ comprehensive ability,help students find their own role orientation,and promote teachers’ continuous learning and practice and improve their teaching ability.This study adopts the methods of literature research,investigation,observation and action research to study the application of role-playing method in the teaching of "Scenic Tour Guide Practice" in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,combing the research status at home and abroad,and drawing on the excellent research results,the author investigates the application status of role-playing method in the teaching of " Scenic Tour Guide Practice" in secondary vocational schools by means of student questionnaires and teacher interviews.According to the survey,most teachers of specialized courses will use role-playing method in teaching,but there are a series of problems in the preparation stage,implementation stage and summary stage of actual teaching,such as insufficient preparation of teachers,insufficient preparation of students,lack of confidence,unreasonable setting of situations,unreasonable group formation and role allocation,low participation of students,imperfect teaching evaluation and insufficient guidance for teaching summary and reflection.Based on the role theory,cooperative learning theory,constructivist learning theory and teaching optimization theory,this paper analyzes the feasibility and advantages of role-playing method in the teaching of " Scenic Tour Guide Practice ",combining with the teaching content and students’ situation,and provides the basis for the design and practice of teaching optimization.In view of the existing problems,this study is based on the principle of teaching optimization design,the learning characteristics of secondary vocational students and the course standard of "Scenic Tour Guide Practice",analyzes and designs the teaching steps,and optimizes the path design for the teaching preparation stage,the implementation stage and the feedback/summary stage.Two rounds of action research are carried out in teaching optimization practice,and the problems found in each round of action research are reflected and improved before being applied to teaching practice.From the results of students’ questionnaire,teachers’ and students’ interviews,students’ grades and classroom observation,it can be analyzed that the optimized role playing teaching method is more suitable for the learning situation of secondary vocational students,and can further improve students’ interest in course learning.Improve students’ classroom participation,so as to promote learning enthusiasm,improve learning efficiency;Deepen students’ understanding of professional positions and qualities,and exercise students’ comprehensive abilities of tour guide explanation,cooperative learning,communication and expression and problem solving. |
