| With the development of social economy,people’s pursuit of high quality of life makes the demand of tourism consumers also tend to be individualized.This change also puts forward higher requirements for students majoring in tourism in vocational schools.Tourism services are an important part of the development of the tourism industry.How schools can cultivate talents that meet the needs of the rapid development of the domestic tourism industry is a topic worthy of discussion.my country’s "National Vocational Education Reform Plan(2019)" also emphasizes the importance of practical teaching.As a practical and practical course,"Scenic Area Tour Guide Practice" undertakes the important task of cultivating the ability of tourist guides to explain.It is also required to pay more attention to the course of practical teaching,improve students’ awareness of job tasks,and improve students’ work abilities in all aspects.The course "Scenic Tour Guide Practice" is a compulsory course for tourism majors in secondary vocational schools,which mainly covers the theoretical knowledge and operational skills required for tour guides to explain services.This research is based on the literature research on the practical teaching of the tourism major and the practical teaching of the professional courses.It investigates the current situation of the practical teaching of the "Scenic Area Guide Practice" course in vocational vocational schools,through teacher interviews and student questionnaires and interviews,combined with industry Expert interviews and professional internship practices enhance the understanding of typical work tasks and professional abilities of tourist guide staff in scenic spots,and have a deeper understanding of the problems existing in the current "Scenic Tourist Guide Practices" course.Based on the comprehensive survey results,the main problems in the current practice teaching of the "Scenic Area Tour Guide Practice" course are summarized as follows: First,the alignment of student talent training with market needs needs to be improved;second,the teaching method does not fit well with the teaching content.;Third,the teaching assessment and its standards lack the requirements for practical operation ability;fourth,the teaching organization and implementation of the practical teaching base need to be improved.In view of the existing problems,this article will combine competency-based education theory,professional competence development theory,constructivism theory,and learning by doing teaching theories,using literature research methods,investigation research methods,observation methods,and action research methods to conduct "Scenic Tourist Guide Practices" Optimization of curriculum practice teaching.First,adjust the practical teaching objectives to improve the degree of compliance with market needs;secondly,determine the practical teaching content based on the professional abilities required by the post;third,adjust the practical teaching methods based on the practical teaching content;fourth,according to the qualification standards of tour guides,Optimize practical teaching evaluation;finally,integrate multiple factors and attach importance to practical teaching guarantee.According to the above optimization strategy,choose X Vocational School to conduct teaching experiment research,optimize the practical teaching part,and discuss the teaching process of part of the content,and analyze the optimized practical teaching effect from the perspective of students and teachers. |
