Research On Optimization Of Training Courses Of Secondary Vocational Tour Guide Service Based On CBE

With the rapid development of the country’ society and economy,the tourism industry has put forward higher requirements for practitioners,and the professional ability of practicality,innovation and sustainable development has become the core competitiveness of tourism professionals.How to improve the vocational ability of students has also become one of the key issues in the new vocational education curriculum reform.The tour guide service training course,as a key course for cultivating the professional competence of tourist guides in secondary vocational schools,is currently widely offered in various schools,but there are issues such as incomplete training objectives,incomplete training content,lack of diversified evaluation subjects and evaluation indicators,and insufficient effectiveness of curriculum implementation.Optimizing the current situation of tour guide service training courses is of great significance to improve the professional ability of tour guides of secondary vocational tourism students.CBE(Competency-based Education),also known as competency-based education,aims to meet the actual needs of corporate positions,and is dedicated to cultivating students’ comprehensive professional abilities,which is consistent with the current vocational tourism professional training concept.This article analyzes the current situation and problems of the secondary vocational tour guide service training courses through student questionnaire surveys and teacher interviews.Based on the CBE mode and the professional competence system of tour guides required for curriculum construction,this paper proposes a secondary vocational tour guide service training.The curriculum optimization strategy includes: design principles and processes based on vocational competence,clear goals,establishment of a secondary vocational tour guide service training course target system,perfect tour guide service training course content around professional competence,and establishment of diversified evaluation subjects and evaluation indicators,the multi-dimensional tour guide service training course evaluation system improves the effectiveness of course implementation by strengthening students’ independent practice,enriching teaching forms and methods,and deepening school-enterprise cooperation.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background of this thesis,domestic and foreign research reviews,and expounds the research purpose,research content,research methods and research framework of this thesis.The second part defines the core concepts of the thesis,and introduces the characteristics,process and theoretical basis of the CBE mode.The third part is to conduct student questionnaire surveys and teacher interviews for ten secondary vocational schools in Chongqing that have opened tour guide service training courses to understand the current situation of tour guide service training courses and analyze the existing problems and reasons.The fourth part analyzes and deconstructs the professional competence of tour guides from various angles based on the needs of curriculum construction,and constructs the professional competence system of tour guides that need to be cultivated in the training courses of secondary vocational guide service.The fifth part is the analysis of optimization strategies for the training courses of secondary vocational tour guide service.It proposes corresponding optimization strategies from the four aspects of course objectives,course content,course evaluation and course implementation.The sixth part summarizes this article,hoping to promote the reform and development of the secondary vocational tour guide service training courses from both theory and practice.
