In June 2020,the Ministry of Education pointed out in the Guiding Outline of Ideological and Political Construction in Higher education Curriculum that it is necessary to comprehensively promote ideological and political construction in curriculum and integrate values into knowledge imparting and ability cultivation.This program aims to promote the ideological and political work of higher education and promote the overall development of higher education.As the forerunner of higher education,secondary education should carry out ideological and political education in advance.Teenagers are in the critical period of their life,which requires careful guidance and cultivation to promote their all-round development.To some extent,cultivating the values and beliefs of middle school students reflects the value orientation of the whole society in the future.Therefore,it is particularly important to pay attention to the ideological and political education in this period.The core quality of chemistry in junior middle school reflects the basic requirement of chemistry curriculum education in compulsory education.How to integrate ideological and political education in chemistry teaching,develop students’ core quality and realize collaborative education is a problem that every educator should think about.This paper,starting from a deep understanding of the significance of the coupling of curriculum ideological and political education with core literacy,combined with literature research,analyzes the current research situation of curriculum ideological and political education at home and abroad,and elaborates related concepts of curriculum ideological and political education and chemical core literacy.Through interviews with teachers,we understand the current situation of ideological and political implementation and education of chemistry course in junior high school,and systematically analyze the dilemma of ideological and political construction of the course.Questionnaire and test papers were used to understand the formation of students’ core chemistry literacy before the implementation of ideological and political education in the curriculum,and then two classes with similar comprehensive conditions were selected for comparative practice research.In this paper,the ninth grade chemistry textbook of Guangdong Education Edition is taken as the carrier,and the potential moral education elements in the textbook are fully explored from the perspectives of chemistry history,excellent traditional Chinese culture,frontier scientific achievements and social scientific issues,and the corresponding mapping points of ideological and political elements in the teaching content are identified.Two cases of Metal Minerals and Smelting and Our Water Resources are selected,and the teaching design and practice are carried out by means of creating situations and guiding questions.After the practice,the experimental class and the control class were tested again,and the difference of test scores before and after the two classes was compared.The results showed that the curriculum ideology and politics played a positive role in promoting the comprehensive development of students’ core literacy.In addition,the author also adopted the process evaluation method to evaluate students’ learning attitude,learning behavior,learning ability,moral literacy and social responsibility.It is found that the ideological and political integration of the curriculum has a significant promoting effect on students of different levels.For top students,the influence of curriculum ideology and politics on their core qualities is more reflected in the cultivation of comprehensive quality and innovation consciousness;For middle students and underachiever students,the influence of curriculum ideology and politics is more reflected in stimulating learning enthusiasm and improving learning attitude,so that students can learn chemistry more actively and effectively.Based on the teaching effect of integrating ideological and political education in the curriculum into the classroom,with the overall goal of cultivating well-rounded people,the author condensed the education strategy of coupling chemistry curriculum with ideological and political education based on the core quality,providing reference for the teaching research of front-line teachers...
