The gradual enhancement of social and individual subject consciousness and the attention of the state,as well as the impact of foreign culture on individual labor view and values,have brought possibility and necessity to the development of labor education.Value is an important basis for teaching practice.The cognition of the value of labor education reflects the social development in a certain period,and it is also a key means to promote social development.Based on the understanding of labor,labor education and the concept of value,this paper starts from the discussion of the relationship between labor and people,society and education in Marx ’s view of labor,and discusses the value of labor education to people,society,itself and other education,and constructs the concrete framework of the realization of labor education value.The clear definition of the concept is the premise of the research on the value of labor education.At present,China has not yet formed a universally recognized definition of " labor" and " labor education." Based on the existing research and literature,according to the needs of this research,the purpose and initiative of " labor " and " labor education " are emphasized,and the core concepts of the research are defined in combination with the relationship attributes of value.The value orientation shown in the past practice of labor education in China shows the role of labor education in the historical development stage,reveals that the value of labor education is a dynamic historical development process,and is the historical and practical basis for the study of the value of labor education.As a systematic and scientific interpretation of labor,the Marxist view of labor discusses the relationship between labor and people,labor and society,and labor and education.First of all,the relationship between labor and human beings is the fundamental condition for the existence of the value of labor education.The human beings who have produced and confirmed the essence of self under the impetus of labor have formed the physiological basis of survival and development,and constantly obtained the survival and development materials through labor,and established social relations in the process of labor to confirm the essence of self.First of all,the relationship between labor and people is the fundamental condition for the existence of the value of labor education.As a product of labor,people survive and develop in the process of labor,and thus confirm themselves.Secondly,the relationship between labor and society is the necessary basis for the generation and existence of labor education value.As the basis of society,labor promotes social and historical development on the basis of creating material and spiritual materials.Finally,the relationship between labor and education is the premise of the combination of the two.The correlation and interoperability between the two are mainly reflected in the same human activity subject,which provides a realistic possibility for the generation of labor education value.There is a certain relationship between labor and people,society and education,which determines that labor education,as the combination of education and productive labor,is endowed with the attribute of satisfying certain needs of the subject.Combined with value as a relationship category,it reflects the interaction between subject needs and object attributes.The value of labor education can be divided into the value of people,the value of society and the value of labor education itself and other forms of value.First of all,the value of labor education to people is mainly reflected in its combination of labor and education to promote individual self-confirmation and self-socialization,and on this basis to achieve comprehensive development.Secondly,the social value of labor education is the value of other social subsystems.The social value of labor education is mainly reflected in promoting the development of social economy,politics and culture by acting on individuals.Finally,the process of carrying out labor education is the process of combining labor and education.Therefore,labor education can not only promote the development of people and society,but also promote the development and improvement of itself and other forms of education through practice.The realization of value is the ultimate destination of labor education.The realization of the value of labor education first clarifies the subjective,intermediary and objective conditions required for the realization,and the satisfaction of the conditions is the premise of the realization of the value.Secondly,it is clear that the realization of value is not achieved overnight,but the development process from potential value to explicit value.In the process from potential to obvious,it is necessary for the internal and external of labor education to work together to ensure that the value of labor education can be successfully implemented in practice.The value of labor education is the process of using the attributes of labor education to meet the needs of the subject.Based on the scientific theory,the value of labor education is analyzed.One is to deepen the understanding of the value of labor education by society and individuals,and the other is to provide the possibility and necessity for the practice of labor education.The final step of the research on the value of labor education is to promote the realization of value.The realization of value is not a simple linear development,but a process from ’ latent ’ to ’ obvious ’ under certain conditions.Therefore,the realization of value must follow certain requirements and establish external guarantee. |
