The physiological characteristics of humans determine that they must engage in labor,which creates material means of life and promotes the continuation and development of human society.Every real person fully possesses their essence through labor,thereby achieving free and comprehensive development.The combination of education and productive labor is not only the fundamental principle of education that Marxism has always adhered to,but also the core connotation of China’s education policy.After the establishment of the People’s Republic of China,this important education policy has had a profound and long-lasting impact on the development of China’s education industry.Therefore,conducting research on labor education for college students based on Marxist practical views and exploring practical paths to strengthen labor education has important historical significance and contemporary value.This study is guided by the Marxist concept of practice,combined with the ideas of labor education in the new era and the spirit of a series of speeches.The study focuses on the ideological education of college students’ labor,and comprehensively uses literature research,comparative research,and comprehensive analysis methods to deeply study and explore the social responsibilities and functions that college students’ labor education should undertake in the new era.We adhere to using the ideas of labor education in the new era to guide practice,Provide an optimized path for the practical activities of labor education for college students in the new era.Research has shown that significant achievements have been made in the current labor education work for college students,but there are also some problems,such as outdated educational concepts,deviation in educational concepts,and imperfect educational mechanisms.Based on the current educational situation,this study adheres to the Marxist practical perspective and attempts to provide more timely opinions and suggestions on the path of labor education for college students in the new era,which is more in line with the needs of the new era.Based on the research situation,this article attempts to provide implementation paths for labor education for college students from three aspects: firstly,cultivating and rectifying the labor values of college students;Secondly,deepen the core guiding role of higher education institutions in labor education;The third is to create a more diverse labor practice environment for students,guiding the group of college students to adhere to correct labor concepts and values to guide labor practice activities,cultivating good labor practice concepts and attitudes among college students,promoting the orderly development of labor ideological and political education for college students in China,and providing theoretical guidance for optimizing the path of labor education for college students in the new era. |
