| Loneliness,as a collection of multiple negative emotional experiences, has attracted the attention of more and more scholars, and the problem of loneliness among left-behind children has gradually come into the limelight. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the path to alleviate loneliness in left-behind children. The author selected Z,a left-behind child with obvious loneliness tendency,as a service subject. After interviewing and collecting data from neighbors, peers, teachers, grandparents, parents, and Z,the author analyzed that Z’s loneliness originated from the cognitive bias of his parents’ words and actions toward his classmates, which made him gradually close his heart and resist interacting with his classmates.Based on Z’s needs assessment, this study combined emotional ABC theory and social penetration theory, and used cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodrama to conduct case services. In the first stage, through cognitive-behavioral therapy,Z’s negative beliefs were deeply explored using the arrow-down technique, and the causes of the beliefs were analyzed, and Z’s cognitive biases were refuted through factual examples in order to correct his negative core beliefs;in the second stage, through psychodrama,Z was provided with a good friendship environment and a space for emotional catharsis,so that he could feel the positive power from his peers and promote the establishment of friendship and a sense of belonging with his peers. In the second stage, the psychodrama was used to build a good friendship environment and provide a space for Z to feel the positive power from peers,so as to promote the establishment of friendship relationship with peers and the formation of a sense of belonging. The results of the scale showed that Z’s loneliness was alleviated and positive cognitive beliefs were reshaped, and the desired goal was proved to be accomplished. This intervention study concluded that the combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodrama has good effects on the loneliness of left-behind children.First, the moderating effect of "will" can make children get away from automatic negative cognition as much as possible, and produce good psychological intention, which contributes to the formation of positive cognition and reduces the possibility of loneliness.Secondly, the use of warm-up,acting,sharing and discussion techniques in psychodrama can ease children’s emotions and enhance their desire to share in peer interaction, thus promoting the alleviation of loneliness. Finally, this study further makes the following recommendations based on the social work perspective.First, parents need to set an example by responding to their children’s emotional needs in a timely manner;second, under the guidance of professional social workers, psychological committee members and psychological groups should be set up in classes, and social workers should be introduced to provide professional services for such children on a regular basis, and schools with conditions should set up social worker positions in schools.Third, the relevant government departments should deploy psychological counselors or social workers in related fields in the community to detect emotional problems of left-behind children and provide timely guidance in order to promote their healthy growth. |
