| In recent years,the problem of left-behind children has been a hot topic of domestic scholars’ research,and it has also been a hot spot of high concern of the government.Due to the lack of parental care and correct guidance for a long time,this large group of left-behind children has experienced many psychological problems,such as feeling of loneliness.High,low happiness,loneliness,inferiority,sensitivity,etc.As a product of the times,left-behind children will still exist in the future.Their mental health is a social issue that deserves our attention,and it is urgent to alleviate and solve this problem.Related research shows that physical exercise can effectively promote the happiness of left-behind children and reduce their loneliness.Psychological capital is a kind of positive mentality shown by individuals during their growth and development,and can effectively alleviate their negative psychological emotions.In order to explore whether psychological capital is a mediating variable that physical exercise has a positive effect on the loneliness and well-being of left-behind children,this study uses a questionnaire survey to 507 five rural primary schools and one rural middle school(89 non-left-behind children and 418 left-behind children).(Name)students issued psychological capital measurement questionnaires and emotional and exercise behavior questionnaires,and statistically analyzed the data of 418 left-behind children through SPSS 21.0.The survey results show that left-behind children and non-left-behind children have significant differences in loneliness and well-being.Compared with non-left-behind children,left-behind children have lower happiness and higher loneliness;there is a significant difference in happiness between the senior elementary school group and the junior high school group.There was no statistical difference between the left-behind children in the junior high school group and the left-behind children in the junior high school group.The psychological capital of left-behind children was slightly higher,but the p-value was not statistically different.Exercise frequency and exercise methods affected the left-behind children ’ s happiness and loneliness.Children with high levels of happiness,psychological capital,and left-behind children who did not exercise had significant differences.Individuals and group exercises had significant differences in happiness and loneliness.conclusion:1.Compared with non-left-behind children,left-behind children have lower happiness and psychological capital than non-left-behind children.2.The frequency of exercise has a positive impact on the psychological capital and happiness of left-behind children3.Group exercise method is better for left-behind children’s happiness and lower loneliness than individual exercise.4.Physical exercise can affect psychological capital and the sense of happiness and loneliness of left-behind children.The left-behind children who exercise more frequently have higher psychological capital,happiness,and lower loneliness.5.Physical exercise can effectively promote the psychological capital of left-behind children.Psychological capital as an intermediary variable can effectively improve the happiness of left-behind children and reduce their loneliness. |
