In July 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial),pointing out that "labor education should be organically infiltrated into disciplines and specialties".History as the foundation of the humanities,its curriculum ideas,curriculum resources and other aspects of labor education have a lot of agreement,has enough advantages.Use historical and cultural literacy to cultivate labor literacy,enrich and construct the labor education system of history curriculum,show the personalized value of historical and cultural labor education,and give full play to the superimposed effect of "history and culture + labor education".Therefore,junior high school history subject and history teachers have the responsibility to infiltrate labor education.On the basis of existing research,combined with the requirements of junior high school history curriculum standard(2022 edition),in accordance with the relevant national policies on labor education,this paper takes the labor education in junior high school history teaching as the research object,collects and sorts out the literature and materials of labor,labor education and junior high school history teaching,sorts out the research ideas and defines the relevant concepts.Through the form of questionnaire and teacher interview,the first-line junior middle schools are investigated,the current situation is accurately reflected on the basis of investigation,analysis and induction,and the problems existing in junior middle school history teaching and labor education are summarized and the causes of the problems are traced in combination with the teaching practice.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems,combined with specific teaching cases,put forward the implementation strategy around the whole teaching process.In the course preparation,we should study the history curriculum standards,take the core quality as the purpose,and set the teaching objectives scientifically.In the teaching link,we should dig deep history textbooks,integrate teaching content,expand teaching methods and improve labor education skills.In the after-school training link,it is necessary to strengthen self learning,reserve knowledge and literacy of labor education,pay attention to guidance and training,and enhance the awareness of labor education penetration.In extracurricular activities,we should attach importance to historical practice activities,expand the form of labor education activities,use the auxiliary channel of history class,develop extracurricular high-quality resources,guarantee the development of labor education,improve the history curriculum system,and promote the all-round development of students’ moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor.
