With the advancement of educational informatization,the requirement of teachers’ informatization teaching ability is higher and higher.Teachers with higher information-based teaching ability is to quickly adapt to the modern teaching mode and promote the reform of basic education.Normal university students have dual roles as students and important teachers for future basic education.Under the information age,on the basis of consolidating the dual roles of normal university students,how to play the important role of information-based teaching ability in the self-learning and future teaching of normal university students has become a key issue that needs urgent attention.Therefore,paying attention to the development of information-based teaching ability has become the meaning of training normal university students in the new era.In order to improve the information-based teaching ability of normal university students,it is necessary to deeply explore the various factors that affect their information-based teaching ability,accurately grasp and examine the different factors that restrict the development of the current information-based teaching ability of normal university students,and explore feasible strategies for colleges and universities to accelerate the cultivation of information-based teaching ability of normal university students in the new era.Based on social ecosystem theory and competency-based education theory,this paper studies the influencing factors and cultivation strategies of normal university students’ information-based teaching ability by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.Specifically,it includes the following contents: Firstly,starting from the grounded theory research method,it constructs the influencing factor model of normal university students’ information-based teaching ability.Through the coding processing of the interview data of normal university students and teachers and the gradual induction,a total of 68 conceptualization,24 initial categories,12 sub-categories and 5main categories are extracted,and finally summarized into five aspects of individual orientation,teacher conditions,environmental factors,practical factors and evaluation mechanism.Individual orientation includes professional identity,learning attitude and individual consciousness of normal university students;teacher conditions include teacher community and teacher teaching competence;environmental factors include social environment and university environment;practical factors include practical courses and practical activities;evaluation mechanism includes evaluation standards,evaluation methods and evaluation feedback.Secondly,the empirical test and analysis of the influencing factor model are further carried out.Based on the interview results and the research result of the Ministry of Education "Empirical Research on Normal University students’ Information-based Teaching ability Standards and training Mode",the questionnaire is designed to survey senior normal university students in three universities in L province.Establish the relationship model between influencing factors and normal university students’ information teaching ability hypothesis.Through descriptive statistical analysis,difference analysis and regression analysis,the current level of normal university students’ information-based teaching ability and the difference between different groups of normal university students’ ability are obtained,and the relationship between various influencing factors and normal university students’ information-based teaching ability as well as the specific degree of influence are emphatically verified.Finally,according to the research results,the cultivation strategy of normal university students’ information-based teaching ability is proposed from five aspects: main consciousness of normal university students,teaching staff,environmental support,practical training and evaluation mechanism,so as to provide direction and guidance for the development of normal university students’ own ability,and maximize the unity of normal university students’ information-based teaching ability level,role characteristics and social development.
