| Persisting in long-term and regular exercise activities is an important prerequisite for obtaining ideal exercise results and a necessary condition for practicing "lifelong sports",especially for college students.The university level is the key to whether they can develop the awareness of "lifelong sports" period."Learning high as a teacher,being a model",taking into account the particularity of the professional orientation of normal college students,this research takes normal students as the survey object,and analyzes the persistence of normal students’ extracurricular exercises,and explores the influences on the persistence of normal students’ extracurricular exercises.Main factors,the main influencing factors are compared and analyzed in different types of normal students.First,based on the results of an open questionnaire survey of 116 normal students,a questionnaire for predicting factors affecting normal students’ extracurricular exercise was compiled.Secondly,150 subjects were selected to predict the questionnaire,and statistical methods such as item analysis and factor analysis were performed on the forecast data using SPSS23.0,and the 6 main factors affecting normal students’ extracurricular exercises were determined.After the questionnaire reliability and validity test passed Establish a formal questionnaire.Again,720 normal students were selected from six normal colleges and universities in Sichuan Province to conduct a questionnaire survey.The questionnaire data was collected,and statistical methods such as independent sample T-test and one-way analysis of variance were used to compare the factors influencing the persistence of extracurricular exercises of different types of normal students.Finally,based on the results of the questionnaire analysis,an interview outline was designed to conduct semi-structured interviews with 27 normal students with different levels of extracurricular exercise adherence,and the interview data were processed with three levels of coding,which has an impact on the persistence of different types of normal students’ extracurricular exercises.The difference of factors is analyzed in detail.Research indicates:(1)Normal students adhere to extracurricular physical exercises(19.2%),generally adhere to(31.4%),and do not adhere to(49.4%).In different genders,there are very significant differences in extracurricular exercise adherence levels(P<0.01),and men’s adherence levels are significantly higher than females;there are very significant differences in extracurricular exercise adherence levels in different grades(P<0.01),The performance is that the proportion of persistence population increased from freshman to sophomore year,and the proportion of persistence population showed a downward trend in the third and fourth year.(2)The result of exploratory factor analysis shows that there are 6 main factors that affect normal students’ adherence to extracurricular exercises,which are personality and cognitive factors,atmosphere and support factors,environment and condition factors,purpose and effect factors,and in-class physical education.Factors,extracurricular sports organization arrangements,the cumulative variance explanation rate of these six main factors reached62.272%.(3)In terms of different genders,male normal students are significantly higher than female normal students(P<0.01),both of which are affected by purpose and effect and inclass physical education.In terms of different grades,junior and senior normal students The influence of environmental and conditional factors on students is significantly higher than that of freshmen and sophomores(P<0.01).The influence of in-class physical education factors on freshman normal students is significantly higher than that of sophomores,juniors and seniors(P<0.01).0.05);At different levels of persistence,the persistence group is affected by the two factors of personality and cognition,purpose and effect very significantly than the non-persistent group(P<0.01);the non-persistent group is affected by the environment and conditions,and the organization of extracurricular sports The influence of the two factors was significantly higher than that of the adherent group(P<0.01).(4)The specific manifestations of the six main influencing factors affecting the persistence of normal students’ extracurricular exercises are as follows:(1)In terms of personality and cognition: lack of self-confidence during exercise;lack of interest in extracurricular exercises;not good at sports;(2)in the environment And conditions: imperfect site facilities,lack of free time,weather reasons;(3)in terms of purpose and effect: exercise goals are utilitarian,exercise goals are not clear,lack of pleasant exercise experience;(4)in class physical education: physical education learning The content is boring,the skills mastered in physical education classes are not practical,and the guidance and supervision of physical education teachers are lacking;(5)In terms of extracurricular sports organization and arrangement: extracurricular sports activities are single,lack of professional personnel guidance and training;(6)In terms of atmosphere and support: exercise atmosphere is not strong;lacking Sports partners.For this reason,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the persistence of normal students’ extracurricular exercises:(1)Cultivate exercise interest and build exercise confidence;(2)Improve the exercise environment and optimize exercise conditions;(3)Clarify exercise goals and perceive exercise benefits;(4)Practical and effective teaching,teachers Demonstration and guidance;(5)Enrich sports activities and scientifically guide training;(6)Create an exercise atmosphere and strengthen external support. |
