Under the background of education informatization transform education modernization, the informatization of teaching has become an inevitable part of education informatization development in the process of transformation, teachers' educational technology ability will directly influence the quality and effect of teaching. And as the future teachers of the new and the reserve force, normal university students' training effect of educational technology ability in the process of university learning, will directly affect the level of applying education technology to teaching and scientific research,so normal university students shoulder heavy responsibilities.However the current situation of education technology ability training is not very ideal, they maybe have a solid professional knowledge and teaching skills, but due to various factors such as school or personal influence, students' education technology ability cannot meet the requirements of society and employment school in the future, this suggests that universities for students' education technology ability did not achieve ideal effect, and the training effect of normal university education technology ability is in a very difficult situation. Therefore,finding out the basic factors that influence the training effect of normal education technology ability is the only way,but also a top priority to improve the current difficult situation.This research mainly uses the method of empirical research to analyze the impact reasons of normal school students' educational technology ability training effect. In Qufu normal university, the researcher took the students who aren't in the educational subject as the research object. Through consulting and researching a large number of relevant literature and interview professional teachers, combining with our own experience and the theoretical basis, the researcher put forward the factors that influence the training effect of normal educational technology ability, and made several assumptions about the relationship between these factors and their effect on training. At the same time,the researcher set up a relationship model for the factors influence the ability of normal educational technique training effect. On this basis, the researcher made questionnaire about the factors influence the ability of normal educational technique training effect,the questionnaire was tested and modified by the spss19.0. Then the researcher randomly distributed 250 questionnaires to the students who aren't in the educational subject in Qufu normal university, then took an investigation on 217 valid questionnaire. The researcher used spss19.0 and amos17.0 to take statistical analysis on the data, from establishment to modification, and ultimately determines the structural equation model of the factors that influence the effect of the ability of normal educational technique training,take path analysis and inspection of the previous hypothesis. At last the researcher made the conclusion that the basic level, training objectives, training content, training methods, teaching teachers, learning attitude,learning motivation, education practice is the factors that influence the effect of the ability of normal educational technology training; Cultivation content is the main factor that directly influence the effect, the second factor is the educational practice and learning attitude, the basic level of training effect is the minimum; Instructor and cultivation target is the indirect reason.And the researcher put forward related suggestions for the plan that enhance the ability of educational technique training of students in colleges and universities.
