In information society,teachers' professional development has been widely concerned around the whole world.In 2015,the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)published a first-of-its-kind internationally comparative report-Students,Computers and Learning: Making the connection,which provides an analysis of the digital skills that students have acquired,and of the learning environments designed to develop these skills.This report pointed out,‘Overall,the use of information and communication technology(ICT)has not achieved as a great success as it had been expected.' The development of theory always runs ahead of the development of practice.Therefore,the theory plays a role in providing insights for better practice.However,it hardly solves practical problems in reality by theories.In a way,the practice of the theory and the reflection of the practice are more helpful.The normal students are the hope of the country and the nation's education.The use of ICT in teaching is most effective for the pre-stage of teachers' life-long professional development.Therefore,it is worth exploring and training the informationizational teaching ability(ITA)to normal students,which is also an urgent task for scholars in teaching field.In order to develop normal students' ITA,with the theory of reform value,serving as the base,the study absorbs from some research achievements at home and abroad,weaves the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,and adopts the logic thinking way,empirical study to explore the local way on how to train normal students' ITA.After doing a lot of library research,the writer makes clear the present situation on the study of the topic.Moreover,it is necessary to identify the definitions of the concept and highlight the features of concepts.From the theoretical perspective,the paper argues the reasonable constitution of normal students' ITA by the application of qualitative method.Then,according to the constitution of ITA,the writer designs the scales of assessment,and examines the reliability and validity by the application of quantitative method.Next,with the scale of assessment,a test is conducted in a normal university in the developed area to collect the data about the present situation of normal students' ITA.By the mixture way of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the data of the test reveal the factors which influence the training normal students' ITA.Based on a series of researches,the thesis comes up with some strategies on how to train normal students' ITA systematically.At the same time,through the long-tern research,the thesis proposes some views:First,it is argued that the concept of ITA can be described from a teacher's working field and his process of activity organization.ITA belongs to a special ability in a teacher's profession,that is to say,it is a kind of normal students' ability of applying information technology in undertaking teaching(designing,presentation,enlightening,sampling,instruction,evaluation and reflection).The thesis puts forward five dimensions making up of the ability: Information Technology Accomplishment(it includes the 3 sub-dimensions: the overall recognition of information technology on teaching,the application of hard and soft ware and the application of internet)Plan and Preparation;Organization and Management(it includes 2 sub-dimensions: students management,organization and implement of teaching);Assessment and Diagnosing;Study and Development.Among them,Information Technology Accomplishment is the primary dimension of ITA;Plan and Preparation,Organization and Management,Assessment and Diagnosing are the routines of teaching profession.These three are the main part of ITA.Study and Development is the necessary part of lifelong teaching career,for as a teacher,he should seek the chance to lengthen the teaching career.So it is regarded as an extension part of ITA.Second,according to the ITA concept and its constitution,the thesis designs the Scale of Assessment on ITA(5 subscales and 41 items),and it is successfully tested in S Normal University.As a result,the scale can be generalized to some extent.Third,in accordance with the survey from the samples of the study,the thesis demonstrates the unbalance existing different dimensions.Generally speaking,ITA is still at a low level.Comparatively,Information Technology Accomplishment is higher than the other four;then,Plan and Preparation,Organization and Management,Assessment and Diagnosing,Study and Development are below the average.Unfortunately,Study and Development is the lowest.In a word,the four dimensions haven't developed considerably,which should have aroused our attention.Fourth,according to the mixture study and complicated analysis,it is revealed that some factors which influence the training of normal students' ITA are diversified.They can be classified as internal ones and external ones.The former covers(normal students' identity,the learning input degree and learning time);the latte embodies(curriculum and teaching approaches;information environment and resource in school,school culture,teachers' presentation and parents' education background).Both of them take effect on development of ITA.By means of the research,there are two direct keys to the development of ITA.They are the learning input degree,curriculum and teaching approaches;Meanwhile,Information environment and resource in school,school culture,teachers' presentation and parents' education background are the indirect factors to the ITA.Surprisingly,there exists mutual restriction and adaptation among information environment and resource in school,school culture,and teachers' presentation,which means they take effect on each other.Fifth,the thesis proposes that we should take systematic training strategies to cultivate ITA to eliminate the negative factors on ITA development.The macro-strategy promotes the external environment,including national policy and some guide from administration strategies.The intermediate strategy,whose function is like a loop,serves as the connection.It can represent school's goal and workability,the flat organization and teamlization,specialization of organizers,informationization of environmental building.In the thesis,it brings up a design platform for promoting teachers' profession development,supporting normal students' learning(emphasis on cultivating ITA),facilitating the management of relevant department and government's policy-making.The micro-strategy,developing the internal system and direct condition,serves as the base of ITA.It helps a lot with practice and long-term cultivation,build common basic curriculum and MOOC models,and employ participatory approach in teaching process.
