| Objective: blood flow restriction training,also known as compression training,is a training method that improves training effectiveness by changing the local blood flow velocity of the limbs to reduce oxygen intake to the muscles.Studies have shown that blood flow restriction training combined with resistance training can effectively improve subjects’ ability in physical-oriented items,but it is rarely used in aesthetic-resistant items.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the influence of blood flow restriction training on lower extremity explosive power of college students specialized in competitive aerobics.Research methods: This study adopts literature data method,expert interview method,comparative test method and mathematical statistics method.The effect of 6-week blood flow restriction training on lower extremity explosive power of college students specialized in competitive aerobics was studied.Twenty undergraduates from 2021 competitive aerobics class of Wuhan Physical Education University were selected as experimental samples.The samples were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,twice a week for6 weeks.In the experimental group,a pressure belt was applied to the two fingers near the heart of the thigh.The pressure value of the pressure belt during the training was 200 mm Hg,and four movements including barbell squat,weight lunge,box jump and mass jump were completed.The barbell squats and weight-bearing lunges were trained for 4 groups(30-15-15-15)with the loading intensity of 30%1RM,and the interval between the groups was 2minutes.Box jumping and mass jumping were performed with 4 sets(30-15-15-15)of selfweight training with a 2 minute interval between the groups.The control group had the same training movement,load intensity,pressure value and group,but no pressure belt was worn.Before and after the intervention,the researchers measured the 1RM value of squat,standing long jump,standing longitudinal jump,30 M running,relative maximum power,relative maximum power,instantaneous speed and take-off height of the two groups of subjects.The paired sample T test was used to compare the changes of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.The independent sample T test was used to compare the changes of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment.Results:(1)The maximum strength of lower extremity of the experimental group was significantly different before and after the experiment(85.70±10.36,104.70±11.21,P=0.000);The maximum strength of lower limbs of the control group was significantly different before and after the experiment(85.90±9.46,89.20±9.84,P=0.020),and the comparison between the two groups had a very significant difference.(2)There were significant differences between the experimental group before and after the standing long jump and 30 M running(P=0.000 and P=0.010),and the relative maximum power and relative maximum power(P=0.016 and P=0.004)had significant differences;The control group had significant difference in standing long jump(P=0.013)before and after the experiment,and there was no significant difference in 30 M running,relative maximum power and relative maximum power.There was no significant difference in standing longitudinal jump between the experimental group and the control group.(3)In the experimental group,there were significant differences(P=0.000 and P=0.000)between flexor body split jump(10s)and group jump(10s).In the control group,flexor body split jump(10s)showed significant difference(P=0.047),while mass body jump(10s)showed very significant difference(P=0.004).Research conclusions:(1)After 6 weeks of comparison test,the squat 1RM value of both the experimental group and the control group was improved,and the squat 1RM value of the experimental group was much greater than that of the control group.Blood flow restriction training combined with resistance training can effectively improve the maximum strength of subjects.(2)In the experimental explosive power indexes(standing long jump,standing longitudinal jump,30 M running,relative maximum power and relative maximum power)of the control group,the standing long jump was improved.In the experimental explosive power index of the experimental group,the standing long jump,30 M running,relative maximum power and relative maximum power were improved,and the standing long jump,30 M running and relative maximum power before and after the experiment had a very significant difference.Blood flow restriction training combined with resistance training can effectively improve the explosive power of subjects’ lower limbs.(3)The control group in the experimental special index of flexion body split leg jump(10s)and group body jump(10s),both improved.In experimental special indexes,flexor body split jump(10s)and group jump(10s)were both improved,but the improvement amplitude of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.In aerobics events,the combination of blood flow restriction training and resistance training can improve specific explosive power. |
