Abstract/Summary:
If education is to serve the economic and social development,it must be subject to and serve the national strategy.As an educational practice activity combining labor and education,labor education is not only an important channel to achieve quality education,but also an important way to promote the all-round development of students.At present,rural revitalization is a top priority.Promoting labor education in the context of rural revitalization will not only promote the development of students’ overall quality,but also have a long-term significance for the country to implement the rural revitalization strategy and even the modernization drive.As an important part of labor education activities,labor education evaluation is one of the important standards for testing the quality of labor education.The evaluation of labor education is different from the evaluation of cultural courses.It is an extremely complex process.The evaluation of labor education needs to combine process and results,quantitative and qualitative,teaching and learning,and evaluate from multiple angles and directions.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore an objective,fair and complete labor education evaluation system and management methods for achieving the goals of labor education.(1)In view of the current situation and existing problems of school labor education,a questionnaire survey on some parents and teachers of primary and secondary schools,as well as some college students are conducted in this paper.The findings of investigation can provide a scientific basis for the study of labor education evaluation.(2)According to the requirements of labor education in the new era under the background of rural revitalization,this paper uses the Delphi’s method to build a labor education curriculum indicator system with 3 secondary indicators and 20 tertiary indicators,and a labor education effect indicator system with 5 secondary indicators and22 tertiary indicators.Labor education can be evaluated and analyzed from two aspects of the labor education curriculum and the labor education effect: "teaching" and "learning".(3)In view of the strong subjectivity of labor education evaluation and the lack of scientific and systematic quantitative analysis,a FAHP-FTOPSIS labor education evaluation model based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and the fuzzy superior and inferior solution distance method(FTOPSIS)is proposed.The above-mentioned model uses triangular fuzzy numbers to quantify the language evaluation value given by experts,calculates the weight value of labor education evaluation index through FAHP,and uses FTOPSIS to rank the labor education evaluation.(4)The labor curriculum of a new technology project carried out by a school was selected,and the FAHP-FTOPSIS model was used to apply to the labor education curriculum and labor education effect respectively.The results show that the method is accurate and effective.(5)Taking the labor education practice base of "Shuangma Ecological Farm" as an prototype,the labor education evaluation and management system was designed and developed,and the suggestions for the implementation of management are given.The FAHP-FTOPSIS labor education evaluation model constructed in this paper has important value for guiding the continuous improvement of the effect of labor education,and provides reference for the evaluation of labor education in various schools.
