Research On The Development Evaluation Of Yantai Nanshan Sports And Leisure Town From The Perspective Of Tourists Perception

The domestic economic level has been greatly improved,the people’s life happiness index has been improved,bringing diversified tourism demand,promoting the organic integration of sports leisure tourism has become a very hot tourism issue in the new era.Combined with the overall goals of rural revitalization,urbanization development and ecological civilization construction at the present stage,the construction of sports leisure towns has become a new carrier to solve the current relevant problems.Since 2016,the state has issued more and more documents on the construction of sports and leisure towns.However,the construction and development of sports and leisure towns in China is still in the initial stage of exploration,and many problems gradually appear in the process of construction and development.This paper discusses the development path of sports leisure town from the perspective of tourists’ perception.In this paper,Yantai Nanshan Sports and leisure Town in Shandong Province as the research object,using questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,from the perspective of tourists’ perception of the construction of Yantai Nanshan sports and leisure town.According to the survey,Nanshan Sports featured leisure town has the following problems: inaccurate feature planning and positioning,imperfect town infrastructure construction,weak competitiveness of leisure sports products,simple operation system leading to low recommend ability,and comprehensive service quality to be improved.In view of the above problems,combined with the local actual situation,this paper puts forward the development suggestions of clarifying the characteristic planning and positioning content,improving the town’s infrastructure construction,industrial innovation and integration to enhance product competitiveness,improving the operation mechanism and enriching the operation mode,and optimizing the service quality supervision mechanism.Through the case application of experiential tourism development strategy in Nanshan Town,It can provide reference for the tourism development of other sports characteristic towns.Its experiential tourism chooses the development mode of industry,combines "sports + tourism" and "tourism + sports",and develops Yingpan Sports and leisure town in a multi-level and multi-angle way.
