Research On Cooperative Governance Of Sports And Leisure Characteristic Towns In Shanxi Province

In China,with the development of the sports industry,the general administration of sport of China and the provincial administration of sports of China have issued a document on sports and leisure characteristic towns,which have gradually come into people's vision and become particularly hot in recent years.In this context,the benign cooperation and interaction of sports and leisure characteristic towns have been concerned by researchers.This study explores the influence of synergetic degree on the performance of the town's operation system through the theory of synergetic governance.In this study,three first-group sports and leisure characteristic towns in Shanxi Province and 13 provincial characteristic towns in Shanxi Province(proposed)are taken as the research objects to conduct exploratory research on collaborative governance,and try to analyze the path optimization of integrating multiple resources and coordinating multiple relations.Through literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes and studies the characteristic sports and leisure towns in Shanxi Province.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to construct the scoring index of collaborative governance system.The positive correlation between the cooperation degree of characteristic town and the performance of operation system was found and expounded.This paper adopts the participation degree of cooperative governance subjects,the development degree of cooperative governance objects,the perfection degree of cooperative governance mechanism and the satisfaction degree of cooperative governance objects to build the cooperative degree measurement index of cooperative governance system of sports and leisure characteristic town.Through the cultivation and development of soft power,the degree of perfection of hardware construction,financial guarantee and application,the performance evaluation system of sports and leisure characteristic town operation system is constructed.Through the analysis of SPSS software,it is concluded that the development of cooperative governance objects and the satisfaction of cooperative governance objects have significantpositive correlation with the overall performance,and the stronger the degree of cooperative governance of small towns is,the better their performance will be.At the same time,the development degree of the collaborative governance object has the most significant influence on the overall performance.Optimizing the cooperative governance subject diversification,subsystem coordination,operation system performance and coordination degree path of the characteristic sports and leisure town is the only way for the characteristic town to embark on the efficient coordination.
