Research On Tourist Satisfaction With Sports Facilities In Sports And Leisure Towns In Chongqin

Along with serving as a location for sports and leisure,the town of sports and leisure also functions as a platform for national fitness development,a hub for the sports sector,a place with a distinct sports culture,and more.The report of the 20 th Party Congress clearly puts forward to widely carry out the construction of all people and accelerate the construction of a strong sports country,in terms of the connotation and native function of sports and leisure town,vigorously developing sports and leisure town has been an important grasp of China’s national fitness and the construction of a strong sports country.As a product of the cross-border integration of national fitness and new urbanization,sports and leisure town has injected fresh blood for the development of sports in China.However,although the current development of sports and leisure town has made some achievements,there are many problems in the development,such as "a thousand towns","big and empty",lax management,etc.,which are gradually destroying the satisfaction of tourists,leading to a large loss of tourists and low revisit rate.These problems will directly affect the town’s long-term growth if they are not rectified.At present,how to attract and retain tourists and make them satisfied has become a "roadblock" that needs to be solved in the path of high quality development of the town.As the "welcoming pine" of every sports and leisure town,the improvement of satisfaction of sports facilities plays a crucial role in promoting the high quality development of the town.In order to study the visitor satisfaction of sports facilities in Chongqing sports and leisure towns,this paper constructs the index system for evaluating the visitors of sports facilities in Chongqing sports and leisure towns,selects the visitors’ satisfaction of sports facilities in all national sports and leisure towns(4 towns)in Chongqing as the research objects,and conducts a survey and research with the visitors who have experienced the sports facilities in the towns to find out the satisfaction of visitors of sports and leisure towns in Chongqing.The research was conducted to find out the problems of visitor satisfaction of sports facilities in Chongqing sports and leisure towns,and to propose feasible countermeasures by combining field research and literature.The author created an evaluation index system for the satisfaction of visitors to sports and leisure town sports facilities in Chongqing,distributed 240 questionnaires to visitors who had used the sports facilities in the town,obtained the evaluation results of visitors’ satisfaction in Chongqing through data collection,and clarified the current situation.Research process: First,this study used the Delphi method to construct an evaluation index system by drawing on the established SERVQUAL theoretical model.Then,the weighting link of the evaluation indexes was completed by using the stratified analysis method.Subsequently,the current situation of tourist satisfaction in sports and leisure towns in Chongqing was mapped out by combining the questionnaire survey method.Finally,problems were found,analyzed and solved.The following problems are derived from the survey and analysis in this study:First of all,in terms of tangibility,the hardware is slowly updated and its ability to adapt to market changes is lacking,and the development of supporting services is lagging behind.Responsiveness: Insufficient service mobility.Reliability: deviation of service content and lack of service standards.Assurance: low service quality of peripheral service personnel and lack of safety and security implementation.Empathy: Lack of empathy in the service process,ignoring the diversified needs of tourists in the service process.The author suggests remedies in response to the aforementioned current issues with Chongqing’s sports venues for leisure and sports in terms of visitor pleasure.In terms of tangibility,the municipality should take a two pronged approach to boosting its market flexibility and bolstering the infrastructure of its sporting facilities.When it comes to responsiveness,key roles should implement one person,one post and special post,as well as construct a mobile peak service group during holidays.The service standardization procedure needs to be improved as quickly as feasible in terms of reliability.In order to increase assurance,it is required to strengthen the venue’s safety hazard inspection,improve the human resource management system,and increase the business acumen of the peripheral service staff.
