Investigation And Research On The Development Of Xishan Sea Sports And Leisure Towns

In May 2017,the State Sports General Administration officially issued the "Notice on Promoting the Construction of Sports and Leisure Towns",which standardized and set the development of sports and leisure towns in terms of development goals,construction purposes and service scope.The construction of small towns with Chinese characteristics provides continuous policy encouragement and support.On April 6,2017,China’s first sports town summit was held at the Beijing National Convention Center.In order to further standardize and lead the standards of China’s sports and leisure towns,the “China Sports Town Blue Book 1.0” was released at the conference.In August 2017,the Xishan Sports and Leisure Town in Lushan was officially named as “National Sports and Leisure Town” by the State Sports General Administration.Since the project entered the pilot project,the Xishan Sports and Leisure Town has deepened the “Sports+” concept to highlight local resources.Explore the development path of characteristic towns with distinctive features and industrial agglomeration,and be recognized by the review experts.This paper mainly reviews the local urban development foundation,sports industry development foundation,sports events,leisure sports agglomeration structure,community participation and community driving effects,management and security,environment and protection,and the application of innovative new technologies.In the development process of the Xishan sports and leisure towns in the Weishan Mountains,the problems in the development of the town are proposed in order to make the development and construction more standardized.The results of this study are as follows:(1)Through field trips,we can see that the township location conditions are weak.;the facilities of the stadium and the venue are complete,the construction of other sports facilities is imperfect;the popularity of sports is low and there is no community organization;the promotion of sports culture is relatively strong,and there is a serious lack of sports training institutions;The tourism service facilities and infrastructure facilities,but other public service facilities are missing;the urban style has low embodyment of sports elements.(2)Through field visits,we can seethe economic benefits of sports industry are poor;the degree of factor aggregation is high,but there is no upstream and downstream industrial chain,and the concentration of other related industries is low;it drives the employment of local residents,but it is less attractive to sports professionals;sports industry investment The situation is good,the sports industry is well-known,but there are no relevant industrial and commercial households and small and medium-sized enterprises.(3)According to the analysis and summary of the information of local sports events,local sports events have great influence.(4)Through field visits,we can see the town sports and leisure gathering conditions are excellent;sports and leisure projects are diverse;the night leisure gathering is low,and there is a serious lack of sports service institutions.(5)Through field visits,we can see the comprehensive regional management is small;the security mechanism is relatively sound;the safety and ambulance work is relatively complete,there are measures to train talents and talents to be introduced,and there are no clear measures to protect and develop the interests of residents.(6)Through field visits,we can see resource protection and sustainable development are in great intensity;environmental remediation efforts are strong,but there are still piles of waste slag,and no three-star toilets have been built.(7)Through field visits,we can see the intelligent managementmechanism has not yet been introduced,and online transactions only for tickets and accommodation products;the coverage area of WIFI is 50%-80%,and other new technologies have not been adopted.
