With the rapid development of education,the standard of school education has been significantly progressed and improved,and teacher ethics,which is at the core,has received widespread attention and importance.In April 2022,the Ministry of Education and eight other departments jointly issued the "New Era Basic Education Strong Teacher Plan",proposing to adhere to the basic principle of teacher morality as the first,and to promote the cultivation of teacher moral connotation on a regular basis.Physical education is an important part of school education,and physical education teachers,as the organizers and guides of physical education classes,have a direct role in the healthy development of students by having good teacher moral cultivation.Therefore,constructing a targeted teacher moral evaluation index system for physical education teachers is of great significance to the healthy development of physical education teachers.This paper takes the construction of a teacher moral evaluation index system for physical education teachers in compulsory education as the research object,adopts literature method,root theory,Delphi method,hierarchical analysis method and other research methods,combines the "strong teacher plan" with the professional characteristics of physical education teachers and the current situation of physical education teachers’ moral evaluation,and thinks deeply about the connection and value between the "strong teacher plan" and physical education teachers’ moral evaluation.On the basis of this study,we considered the connection and value between the "Strong Teacher Program" and the evaluation of physical education teachers’ ethics.On this basis,based on the principles of constructing the evaluation index system of physical education teachers’ ethics,we applied the root theory and Delphi method to determine and optimize the evaluation indexes of physical education teachers’ ethics,applied the hierarchical analysis method to find the weights of each index,and finally determined the specific scores of each index based on the weights to make the rules of physical education teachers’ ethics evaluation.The study concluded the following:(1)The value of teacher moral evaluation of physical education teachers in the context of the "Strong Teacher Plan" is examined from three aspects: raising the threshold of entry and cultivating the moral ethics of teachers;based on scientific evaluation and expressing the red line of moral ethics of teachers;and promoting the norm of moral ethics of teachers and setting the pace of strengthening teachers.It is proposed that the construction of a teacher moral evaluation index system for physical education teachers is based on the principles of disciplinary characteristics,scientificity,topicality,comprehensiveness and operability.(2)Under the background of the "Strong Teacher Program",the evaluation index system of physical education teachers’ morality includes four first-level indicators: teachers’ educational feelings and ideals and beliefs,teachers’ moral sentiments and behavioral norms,teachers’ benevolence and personality qualities,and teachers’ teaching and research attitudes and professional knowledge.There are 12 second-level indicators and 60 third-level indicators such as patriotism and law-abiding,dedication to work,and willingness to contribute.(3)By assigning weights to the indicators,we can see that the four primary indicators are ranked from the highest to the lowest in importance: teachers’ educational sentiment and ideal beliefs,teachers’ benevolence and personality quality,teachers’ moral sentiment and behavior,teachers’ teaching and research attitude and professional knowledge;among the 12 secondary indicators,the relatively more important ones are patriotism and law-abiding,people-oriented,love for work,teacher’s performance,and integrity and self-discipline.(4)The weight of indicators at all levels was converted into corresponding points based on the "100-point system",and the scoring rules for the evaluation of physical education teachers’ morality were determined,and the evaluation results were divided into four grades:excellent,good,medium,and poor. |
