Teachers’ professional ethics is an issue widely concerned by all sectors of society.The physical and mental development of middle school students is vulnerable.Students in secondary schools need the guidance of teachers with good ethics.The real-time supervision of middle school teachers’ professional ethics can effectively find their professional ethics problems.At the present stage,the evaluation indexes of teachers’ ethics are confused,and the evaluation indexes implemented by different schools are quite different.The establishment of sophisticated teacher ethics index system is helpful to standardize the teacher ethics in middle school.This paper explores the professional ethics index system of secondary school teachers in order to get a more perfect index.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the problems of the research,finds the purpose and significance and explores the research methods.The second part is the main part.The main part introduces the literature review of the development of teachers’ ethics at home and abroad.Based on the existing research,this paper defines the concepts of teachers’ professional ethics and its evaluation.The main part of this paper also introduces the theory of the fourth generation assessment theory and its advantages and disadvantages.Based on its deficiency,a more suitable modified paradigm is found.With the support of the Revised Paradigm of the Fourth Generation Assessment Theory,4 first-class indicators and 28 second-class indicators were obtained and validated by questionnaire.The third part is the summary and prospect.The third part summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to in the evaluation index system of teacher ethics.It points out that the establishment of the index system should pay attention to the local consistency of the theory,and the establishment of the evaluation index system of teachers’ ethics must rely on the policy documents of the state,so it is very important to perfect the legal system.The ultimate goal of teacher ethics evaluation is to make teachers internalize the norms of teacher ethics and improve their own shortcomings,so as to create a more suitable environment for teachers to survive.Through the evaluation found that the general weakness of teachers’ ethics to prevent in the future. |
