As a treasure of the Chinese nation,wushu has its unique significance in the construction of school sports and social culture.The quality of wushu education is an important guarantee for the development and inheritance of wushu,and wushu teachers are the foundation of wushu education.Based on the current situation of professional ethics of wushu teachers in higher physical education colleges and universities,this paper studies the professional characteristics of wushu teachers in higher physical education colleges and universities with the methods of literature review,expert interview,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and logical analysis.The specific contents are as follows:Firstly,through a large number of literature materials and expert interviews,the evaluation index of wushu teachers' professional ethics is preliminarily constructed,and the expert questionnaire is designed according to the index,and the Delphi method is used for preliminary screening and re-screening of the indicators of the questionnaire,and finally the evaluation index is established.Secondly,establish the evaluation index of professional ethics of wushu teachers in higher physical education colleges.Using AHP analytic hierarchy process to establish the weight value of indicators,and according to the weight of the order from large to small,and finally develop a scientific and effective professional ethics evaluation index system for wushu teachers in higher physical education institutions.Finally,through theoretical analysis and mathematical statistics analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)after two rounds of expert surveys,the professional ethics of wushu teachers in higher physical education institutions is determined as the first-level index,and the ideological and political level,teaching ability,teacher-student relationship,devotion to their jobs and rigorous scholarship are determined as the second-level index,and then 33 third-level indexes are established according to six second-level indexes.(2)the weight of the selected indicators is established,and according to the order of their importance,the weight of ideological and political level of the secondary indicators is 0.364,followed by rigorous scholarship,devotion to work,solidarity and cooperation,teaching ability,and teacher-student relationship.According to the research needs,the three-level indicators in the wushu teachers' professional ethics system can be used as evaluation and measurement points,and the three-level indicators can be used to achieve the quantitative evaluation of wushu teachers' professional ethics in higher physical education institutions.
