Master Of Physical Education In Yunnan Province Research On The Construction And Present Situation Of The Evaluation System Of Graduate Students' Core Literacy

The "core accomplishment of teacher orientation" refers to the key ability that students should have to meet some kind of teacher's professional needs in the future and be able to adapt to their own professional development and social development needs.The core accomplishment system of the master's degree in physical education with teachers as the professional orientation has important guiding significance for the cultivation of master's degree in physical education.In this study,the core literacy system of master's degree in physical education in Yunnan province was constructed and evaluated by means of literature,questionnaire,interview,IAHP,logic analysis,Delphi,MATLAB and AHP-yahp10.01.The study concluded that:1.The core literacy system of the master's degree in sports in Yunnan Province consists of basic knowledge reserve,sports practice ability,sports emotion and morality,scientific research and innovation ability,modern education and teaching ability 5 primary indicators and 14 secondary indicators,and 54 tertiary indicators;2.Yunnan Provincial Master of Physical Education's knowledge reserve module and professional practice theory module students 'self-evaluation is relatively good,but Yunnan's master of physical education master's degree students generally have poor English performance,up to 70.66 % of students do not have master's English ability;3.Although the sports practice ability of Yunnan Master of Physical Education is well evaluated,there are fewer students with high level of sports skills,and only 4.85 % of students have athlete level certificates;4.The scores of sports emotion and moral character module are higher than that of sports emotion evaluation in Yunnan Province.5.The general scientific research ability of master's degree students in Yunnan Province is poor,and the data show that the rate of non-conformity of all evaluation involving scientific research ability is greater than 50 %;6.The modern education and teaching ability of master's degree students in Yunnan Province is low,mainly reflected in the application of education and teaching,and the rate of non-compliance accounts for 42 %;7.Master of Physical Education in Yunnan Province:(1)The core accomplishment of professional orientation for teachers in physical education and training majors is 77.14 points,which is the highest score among the four majors.Among the five modules,the lower score is the sports emotion and moral character module;(2)The core accomplishment score of teachers for professional orientation of students in sports teaching is 70.47 points,of which only one failing scientific research ability is the weakness of the core accomplishment of sports teaching;(3)The core accomplishment of professional orientation of teachers for ethnic traditional sports students is 70.24 points,and the five dimensions are not much different.(4)The core literacy score of teachers in sports training majors is 70.1 points,and the sports practice ability module is strong,and the scientific research and innovation ability and modern education and teaching ability score are low;(5)Students of physical education and humanities are rated as 64.5 points for the core accomplishment of professional orientation.Among them,the three dimensions of sports practice ability,sports emotion and moral character ability,and modern education and teaching ability are rated as inferior.It is the worst of the five majors in core literacy.
