Research On The Construction And Application Of Physical Literacy Evaluation System For Master Of Physical Education Graduate Degree

With the development of society and the advancement of technology,the application of automation technology has gradually replaced physical activities in human production and life.Lack of physical activity has led to a sharp decline in human health status.In response to the health crisis caused by lack of physical activity,the concept of physical literacy has gradually become popular internationally and a research hotspot.The "Outline for Building a Strong Sports Country" issued by the General Office of the State Council of China also regards physical fitness as an important strategic goal and task,indicating that the concept of physical fitness has also been highly valued in China and has risen to the height of national strategy.Human resources are indispensable to the development of society.The competition between countries is finally reflected in the talent competition.Sports master professional degree graduates are high-level talents in the field of sports.The construction of a physical literacy evaluation index system for sports master professional degree graduates can fully understand the physical literacy status of sports master professional degree graduates,At the same time,it can also improve the lack of physical literacy of professional degree postgraduates.This article first uses the literature review method to summarize previous research on physical literacy,summarize and analyze the principles of constructing various indicators and the dimensions involved in each evaluation indicator,and preliminarily construct an evaluation indicator system.The Delphi method method was adopted to finally establish the evaluation index system of physical literacy of professional degree postgraduates.By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to determine the weights of each indicator and calculating the CR value,the consistency of the judgment matrix is determined.After research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The physical literacy of professional degree postgraduates of sports master not only has the essential characteristics of physical literacy of the general population,but also has professional particularity,which is a comprehensive reflection of their physical activity knowledge,sports skills and other aspects.(2)The evaluation index system of physical literacy of professional degree postgraduates of master of physical education consists of five dimensions: physical activity awareness,physical activity knowledge,physical activity behavior,sports skills and physical activity effect.The indicators are divided into three levels,and the above five dimensions are first level indicators.In addition to the above five first level indicators,they include sports cognition,sports emotion,physical activity and health-related knowledge,sports safety/injury/injury knowledge,physical exercise load,daily health behavior,sports teaching and training skills,sports health care skills,sports activity organization skills,special sports skills,physical function,strength,explosive power,cardiopulmonary endurance,flexibility The environmental perception ability consists of sixteen secondary indicators,with a total of thirty-five tertiary indicators.(3)Construct a judgment matrix,invite experts to judge,check consistency,and sort out expert group decision-making opinions with arithmetic mean,so as to obtain the weight of each index in the evaluation index system of physical literacy of professional degree postgraduates of physical education whose primary indicators are physical activity awareness,physical activity knowledge,physical activity behavior,sports skills,and physical activity effect respectively account for 0.1993,0.2063,0.2028,0.1993,and 0.1923,Among them,physical activity knowledge has the highest weight,followed by physical activity behavior,physical activity awareness,sports skills,and physical activity effectiveness.(4)Applying the evaluation system of physical literacy of professional degree postgraduates of sports master,it is found that the current evaluation of physical literacy of professional degree postgraduates of Shandong Institute of Sports Postgraduate Education is at a good level.
