| As a traditional major of our country’s physical education departments,the major of physical education undertakes the important task of cultivating various types of physical education teachers at all levels.At present,the scale of training physical education professionals in our country is growing day by day.With the development of training specifications and other aspects,the goal of talent training has gradually changed from "specialist" to "generalist".The State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents" in September 2020,strengthen the school sports work",put forward specific requirements for the training of physical education professionals for ordinary colleges and universities.Under the background of the integration of sports and education,healthy China and the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,it is of great significance to further adjust the training plan and cultivate professional talents in physical education that meet the development of the times and the needs of society.This article adopts six research methods,including literature method,expert interview method,and questionnaire survey method,and takes the training program of physical education professionals in ordinary colleges and universities in Henan Province as the research object.Through the investigation and analysis of the training objectives,curriculum settings,educational practice and other modules of physical education majors in 7 colleges and universities including Zhengzhou University and Henan University,to understand the overall status and existing problems of the talent training program for physical education majors,and combine the problems and The current social demand situation puts forward corresponding strategies.The research conclusions are as follows: 1.The training goal of the physical education major in Henan Province is positioned to train students to be competent in the specific work of physical education and teaching in primary and secondary schools.Compound sports talents for school sports scientific research and school sports management.2.Students and teachers do not have a high evaluation of the overall rationality of the physical education professional training program,have a vague understanding of the training objectives,fail to highlight the core objectives,and expose the problems of unclear characteristics and levels of talent training specifications.3.The curriculum setting is not reasonable enough,and there is a certain deviation from the demand for talents.In terms of curriculum setting,it can basically meet the national curriculum setting for physical education majors,but the proportion of compulsory courses in the curriculum setting is relatively large,and the proportion of elective courses is small,which needs to be adjusted.4.The arrangement of teaching practice is not adequate and the overall effect is not good.The time arrangement of the teaching practice link in the colleges and universities in Henan Province is roughly similar.The students in some colleges and universities are not satisfied with the teaching practice.The reason is the lack of energy and attention in educational practice,social practice and scientific research practice.5.Talent training does not meet the needs of society.The employment information feedback mechanism of graduates majoring in physical education is flawed,and it is impossible to accurately grasp the dynamic changes of society’s needs,resulting in a certain degree of deviation between the formulation of training programs and social needs.Suggestion: change the traditional concept of education and training,do a good job in the investigation and forecast of the talent employment market,and enhance the social adaptability of training goals;strengthen the degree of specialization and differentiation of talent training programs,and offer corresponding characteristic courses to meet the development needs of schools at different levels.The talent training plan is based on the national standard,and the elective courses are appropriately added under the national standard to improve the freedom of students to choose courses.Based on morality and talent,they attach importance to general education courses;focus on practical teaching links,enrich the form and content of practical links,and improve physical education.Professional students’ practical ability;according to the process of basic education reform,the program will be adjusted and optimized in a timely manner. |
