Extracurricular sports activities are the second large part of school physical education,which plays a very important role in improving the quality of students ’campus sports life.Based on the new curriculum standard "teaching,practice,regular competition" will be the best time to improve students’ sports ability,healthy behavior and sports character.As an extension of campus physical education classroom,extracurricular sports activities need to be closely connected with the classroom.At the same time,they play a positive role in promoting the formation of students’ sports behavior habits and the deep cultivation of lifelong sports awareness.In addition,it will also help the realization of campus sports goals and promote the healthy growth of students.Changzhou bell tower district actively respond to national call,efforts in elementary stage,diversified sports activities,lay a foundation for lifelong sports activities,it is not only beneficial to students develop good sports habits,but also will prompt most of the students actively participate in extracurricular sports activities,in practice and regular sports environment,to actively show themselves,promote students’ personality growth.This paper will use the literature method,questionnaire survey,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the Changzhou bell tower district pupils extracurricular sports activities,the purpose is to solve the extracurricular sports activities and classroom cannot mutual cohesion,activities too pay attention to formalization and activity group is not comprehensive enough.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Optimization of material conditions: For schools with relatively scarce venues,school-enterprise cooperation and 1KM sports can be optimized.Most of the reasons for the lack of sports equipment are due to the lack of funds,thus optimizing the financial revenue and expenditure;independent innovation for equipment.(2)Optimization of teachers: external coaches can be employed to guide physical education teachers or special teachers for recruitment management,and professional sports teachers or retired athletes can be hired to the school to guide sports activities,so as to reduce the burden of physical education teachers.In addition,the third-party cooperation institutions with sports operation qualifications are sought to package sports projects and conduct overall trusteeship cooperation.(3)Optimization of teaching content: the application of review,practice,competition classes and extracurricular sports activities are constantly closely linked and fully connected.(4)Optimization of extracurricular sports activities: activities are fully arranged during large break,detailed planning of load intensity,content arrangement and practice methods;sports class games,review and other conducive to the exercise content of non-professional teachers;Sports associations tend to teach and improve,not only assume the responsibility of teaching students skills,but also focus on the cultivation of students’ sports ability;make full use of the fragments of school time to make students get free space and time,and arrange teachers on duty to monitor the safety of students.(5)Establish the integrated teaching system of learning,training and evaluation;sequential single sports competition and fixed school sports meeting.Selection competition,stimulate students to challenge themselves competitive heart,and constantly to higher,faster,stronger.(6)The formal extracurricular sports activities should be abandoned,and the development of extracurricular sports activities should not stay on the surface,but should pay attention to the development of its connotation;the overall achievement evaluation and no "face" project.Student body... |
