| The Curriculum Standard of Physical Education and Health for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)clearly states "Church,practice and regularly compete",and puts forward new requirements for the content and intensity of physical education in and out of class.As an important link in the development of the new mode of "Church,practice and regularly compete" in school physical education,extracurricular sports activities,as the leading party of extracurricular sports activities,What elements should schools have in order to better implement "practice" in extracurricular sports activities,this has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper uses the method of literature,expert interview,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation system of school extracurricular sports activities based on the new model of "church,practice,often competition".By using the established evaluation system,relevant teacher questionnaires are designed to investigate the current situation of extracurricular sports activities in the main urban area of Hangzhou.The collected data are analyzed through mathematical statistics,problems are identified and suggestions are put forward.This will supplement the evaluation system of extracurricular sports activities in the new era of school sports and lay a foundation for school related evaluation theory.Relevant research results are as follows:1.Research on the construction of evaluation system of extracurricular sports activities1.Evaluation indicators of extracurricular sports activities are establishedThrough the literature method and the consultation of experts,the first level index of "evaluation system of extracurricular sports activities" has been preliminarily drawn up,including the guarantee of extracurricular sports activities,the implementation of extracurricular sports activities and the effect of extracurricular sports activities.By asking questions to experts,9 secondary indicators were preliminarily drawn up,including organizational support,faculty support,facility support,fund support,content of activity implementation,load of activity implementation,organization of activity implementation,external effect and internal effect,and 24 tertiary indicators corresponding to secondary indicators were constructed by consulting relevant literature.Finally,the evaluation system of extracurricular sports activities was established through two rounds of expert index screening.2.Weight establishment of evaluation index system of extracurricular sports activitiesThrough analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the importance of each index of extracurricular sports activities was established,among which the weight of the first level index was the highest,which was 0.58.The second is the guarantee of extracurricular sports activities,0.31;The effect weight ratio of extracurricular sports activities was the lowest,0.11.This shows that the implementation of activities belongs to the top priority of the whole extracurricular sports activities,is an important way to achieve the purpose of the new mode of education.In the second level index,the weight of "content of activity implementation" accounted for the highest proportion,which was 0.25.In the guarantee dimension of extracurricular sports activities,the weight of "fund guarantee" occupies the lowest proportion,which is 0.04.This shows that the construction of content planning under the new model is how to implement the focus of extracurricular sports activities.Among the three indexes,the weight score of "activity content sports characteristics" was the highest,which was 0.19.The weight ratio of "regular on-campus special training","regular discussion within the sports group","special fund guarantee","extracurricular sports activities become school education gold card" and "consolidation and improvement of students’ special skills" was the lowest,accounting for 0.01.Present situation of extracurricular sports activities in Hangzhou1.The overall level of extracurricular sports activities in Hangzhou is goodThe overall development of compulsory education schools in the main urban area of Hangzhou is a good grade,indicating that the compulsory education schools in the main urban area of Hangzhou can earnestly implement the national requirements for school sports "church,practice,often competition" new mode,the implementation of extracurricular sports activities in schools at all levels is effective.Among the three dimensions of the evaluation system of extracurricular sports activities,the guarantee evaluation of extracurricular sports activities is the highest,followed by the effect of extracurricular sports activities,while the implementation evaluation of extracurricular sports activities is relatively low.2.The scores of the second-level indicators under the first-level indicators are:(1)In the guarantee dimension of extracurricular sports activities,the score of "organization guarantee" is the highest,reaching the excellent level,while the score of "fund guarantee" is the lowest,reaching the pass level.This indicates that schools at all levels attach great importance to the organization and leadership of extracurricular sports activities,and have laws to follow in terms of rules and regulations,personnel cooperation and division of responsibilities.However,the guarantee of funds is a little insufficient,especially in the calculation of extracurricular sports activities and subsidies,and the implementation of the "Opinions on fully strengthening and Improving School Sports in the New Era" proposed by the state.(2)In the implementation dimension of extracurricular sports activities,the score of "activity implementation organization" is the highest and at a good level,while the score of "activity implementation content" is the lowest and at a passing level.It shows that each school has a relatively mature mode in organizing collective activities,but there is a problem of insufficient consistency between activity content and classroom teaching content,and the activity mode has not gotten rid of the single running and doing exercises.(3)In the effect dimension of extracurricular sports activities,both "external effect" and "internal effect" are at a passing level,indicating that although Hangzhou actively implements the new policy in the system and organization,the implementation effect is not ideal.3.The status quo of extracurricular sports activities in different administrative regions: "Church,practice and competition"(1)There are significant differences in the overall score: among them,the score is Binjiang District > Qiantang New District > Gongshu District > Shangcheng District > Xihu District.(2)The score of the guarantee of extracurricular sports activities in each administrative region is as follows: Binjiang District > Qiantang New District >Gongshu District > Shangcheng District > Xihu District,among which there are significant differences in the two dimensions of "teacher guarantee" and "facility guarantee".(3)Scores of administrative districts in the
