In recent years,the development and reform of school sports by the party and the country,"<sports and health> teaching reform guidelines(try out)" clearly put forward "church,practice,often" the specific requirements and connotation,it also fully shows "church,practice,often" the important position of school sports course teaching in the future.And PE teachers as the main implementer of "church,practice,often",a comprehensive analysis of the current primary and secondary school physical education teachers "church,practice,often" the implementation of the present situation,in view of the existing problems,puts forward reasonable countermeasures,to better solve the school sports teaching of learning,practice,problems and efforts to achieve school sports "four one" overall goal has dual significance.Coupled with primary and middle school students is the priority of compulsory education stage,based on this,this paper selects primary and secondary school physical education teachers as a research object,through the literature method,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics method,the current primary and secondary school physical education teachers "church,practice,often" the present situation of investigation and study.Through the analysis,the following conclusions:1.There are differences in the understanding and implementation of church,diligence,and regular competition policies among different categories,gender,age,teaching experience,and educational background of physical education teachers,but not every variable has differences.2.There are six main problems in the implementation of teaching,practicing,and regular competitions for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools: first,traditional teaching concepts of teachers cannot meet current teaching needs;Secondly,teachers fail to meet relevant policy requirements in organizing students’ extracurricular exercises;Third,teachers carry out sports events less frequently and cannot face all students;Fourth,teachers have insufficient understanding of the policies of church,diligence,and regular competitions;Fifth,school leaders do not attach great importance to the construction of sports venues and facilities to be improved;Sixth,teachers’ participation in teaching and research activities is low,and their professional level is low.3.Implementation countermeasures of "teaching,practicing and regular competition" for primary and secondary school physical education teachers: first,to change teachers’ teaching concept and clarify the overall design of teaching;second,to guide students to participate in extracurricular practice and innovate various organizational forms;third,to vigorously carry out in-class teaching competition and form an in-school linkage mechanism;Fourth,teachers should thoroughly study the policy documents and grasp their requirements and directions;fifth,school leaders should pay more attention to them and improve the construction of site facilities;sixth,teachers should actively participate in teaching and research activities to improve teachers’ professional level.In view of the problems existing in the implementation process of "teaching,practice and regular competition" for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Attention should be paid to improving the understanding and cognition of teachers of different categories,gender,age,teaching age,regular practice and regular competition,and strengthening their theoretical level of church,regular practice and regular competition policies.2.Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools should change their own teaching concepts,ensure the integrity and systematization of the teaching content,change the selection and application of a single teaching method,study the teaching materials,and carry out teaching according to the characteristics of the teaching materials.3.Primary and secondary school physical education teachers should practice more carefully,reasonably arrange students to participate in physical exercise time,and create a variety of practice forms to guide students to learn and practice.4.Primary and secondary schools physical education teachers should organize all kinds of games and competitions for all students.Competition forms should be diversified,and every student should participate in the competition by combining different competition methods.5.School leaders should pay more attention to it,earnestly implement the relevant programs and requirements formulated by the national education department,and at the same time increase the investment in sports funds,improve the improvement of field equipment,and provide material guarantee for the effective implementation of "church,frequent practice and regular competition".6.Schools should arrange targeted teaching and research activities,constantly improve the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in teaching and research activities,and effectively solve the problems existing in teaching. |
