At present,China’s political communication has gradually broken through the early model of learning from the western campaign,and has begun to dig and play its own political communication characteristics.Guided by the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,China has focused on its own development,and is committed to linking with the national strategy from the perspective of discipline construction to provide theoretical ideas for the modernization of national governance.CPC Central Committee Propaganda Department’s "Learning Power" platform is on time.As a platform for high quality learning,based on members of the whole party,it allows political users to develop,accept,explore and learn political information from political groups.With the continuous expansion of the range of users contacted by the "Learning Power" platform,college students who are familiar with the logic of Internet use are gradually included.But over the course of the Internet,college students have to think about how to improve their ideological jobs,proposals and leadership,and before the big political issues of college students.From the perspective of political communication,this paper is guided by five questions,namely,what are the characteristics of the contents and strategies of the "learning power" platform? What is the stickiness of the current "learning power" platform for college students? What factors affect its viscosity? How powerful,how weak are factors? How can college students improve users on the "Learning Power" platform?These problems need to be explained in this paper.Therefore,the first chapter of this paper describes the theoretical concepts and relevant models,this paper analyzes the political communication information and communication strategy of the "Learning Power" platform from the second part of the paper and is ordered to solve the first problem of research.The third and fourth chapters carry out the research by questionnaire and in-depth interview,drawing on the two classic models of information system success model and technology acceptance model,Explore the stickiness and influencing factors of the current "learning power".The fifth chapter mainly makes conclusions and thinking based on the research situation,and puts forward five feasible suggestions on improving the user stickiness of "learning power" college students.After completing the results of the previous studies,and after creating a relative size,please draw a review of the problem in Kunming,for example,through a collection of information and analysis,by version SPSS25.0,and also make relevant responses to the research questions:Firstly,in the second section of this substance,the content and strategy of the "Learning Power" platform are explored.First,in terms of content,the "Learning Power" platform has empathy with college students through authoritative current political news,rich character images,and profound knowledge of party history from the perspective of political communication,and constantly builds its mainstream consciousness;Secondly,on the "Learning power" platform,there is a group of communication strategies,together with their position,which is the main body of political communication for college students to follow the knowledge of their students,and to develop the central power of college students,together with the knowledge of their students,even young groups,through the point of view of political communication,interactive communication of answering questions,organizational communication of party members,and local closeness communication.The second collected data is a statistical analysis.At present,the users of the "Learning Power" platform for college students are not sticky.Strictly speaking,the users of the "Learning Power" platform for college students who are party members are sticky because of "passive learning",but non-party members are less sticky.However,through the cross-analysis of frequency of use and political identity,it is known that the massive information and learning resources contained in the "Learning Power" platform itself can also provide learning or work assistance to non-party members.Third,according to the research model,the correlation between the two dimensions and secondary variables of media quality and user perception was tested.The second change in the quality of information,system quality,service quality,user quality,and students have a positive impact on everything using the "Learning power" platform.The two dimensions of media quality and user perception were measured by averaging,The data shows that the two dimensions also have a positive impact on the user stickiness of college students.Fourth,The "Learning power" college affects the user’s use of students is stronger than the media quality>the user is expected>the information quality>the system quality=user is expected>the user’s ease.Finally,The research model confirms the quality of five variables,the quality of the service,the quality of the system,the use of data analysis and the interview reaction,and the use of the "Learning Power" platform with the educational status of this paper;Optimize personality mode and promote immersion;Strengthen privacy protection and improve system performance;Emphasize the advantages of interaction and highlight the "usefulness" of the platform;Increase the convenience of operation,promote the platform’s "easy to use" five feasible suggestions on improving the user stickiness of college students on the "Learning power" platform,in order to clarify the next platforms,university students need to increase national identity and political identity,unites many college students at national strategic level,and use the current media agenda to set up a diversified and public opinion guidance role,Promote the sound development of political communication.
