With the rapid progress of mobile Internet technology and all kinds of mobile terminals,more and more people begin to pay attention to sports events through mobile app,so sports information mobile app has developed rapidly in recent years,and is welcomed by people.Sports information mobile app is a new type of app with a short time,but the number of users of this kind of app is relatively large now,which also attracts the attention of scholars.It is not a small amount of literature to study this kind of APP on the Internet,but most of them stay in the management mode of sports information app,and there is a lack of research on the influencing factors of user viscosity.Therefore,the main purpose of this study is to explore the viscosity of mobile app users of sports information class through data analysis and case analysis,and give reasonable suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,which includes the research significance,research object,research status at home and abroad,theoretical basis,research methods,and explains the innovation.The second part describes the related concepts involved in this paper,this chapter describes the origin of sports information mobile app,the types and characteristics of sports information mobile app,the concept of user viscosity and the measurement standard of user viscosity of sports information mobile app.The third part is the questionnaire survey and data analysis of sports information app users,through the form of questionnaire survey to understand the user's usage habits,attitude to the app,as well as the content,social function,user experience,promotion and user viscosity related relationship and impact.The fourth part is an example analysis of how the above four factors affect the user viscosity.It analyzes how each major sports information app enhances its own user viscosity from four perspectives of content,social function,user experience and promotion,and further interprets the role of these factors in improving the user viscosity of sports information app in the way of case analysis.The last part is based on the above data analysis and case analysis to find the shortcomings of sports information mobile app in improving userviscosity,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the corresponding problems.According to the above research and analysis,the content,social function,user experience and promotion of sports information mobile app will have an impact on its own user viscosity,of which the content and user experience are the most obvious.I hope that through the analysis of the questionnaire data and the case study of sports information app,we can deepen the understanding of each app on improving the user viscosity,and improve and upgrade each app from the aspects mentioned in the article,focus on solving the problems encountered in the development,and strive to meet the needs of the public.This paper hopes to help sports information app attract new users and retain old users more effectively through the above analysis and suggestions,so as to stand out in the fierce market competition.With the more comprehensive and in-depth research on the user viscosity of this kind of mobile app in the academic community,I believe that the sports information app will also show in front of users with more and more perfect forms and functions in the future.
