With the rapid development of the Internet and the rapid rise of content entrepreneurship,the self-media platform has become a channel for rapid development.In the face of the huge market for new postgraduate entrance exams,the WeChat public account for new postgraduate entrance exams has emerged,and new postgraduate students for major target colleges have provided targeted professional content.However,as a vertical self-media platform for postgraduate entrance exams,how to obtain traffic and quickly realize cash,how to deepen content to catch users,and how to continuously improve to improve user satisfaction and loyalty are the continuous development of the new WeChat public account for postgraduate entrance exams The key is.Therefore,this article explores the operation status,user approval,and measures taken to improve user approval of the new postgraduate entrance examination WeChat account.In this study,the Xinzhuan Kaoyan WeChat public account is taken as the research object.The content analysis method encodes and records the sample of the Xinchuan Kaoyan WeChat public account,and explores its current operating status.Use the questionnaire survey to understand the user's satisfaction and loyalty to the WeChat account of Xinchuanyanyan,and finally get the influencing factors of the user satisfaction and loyalty of the WeChat account of Xinchuanyanyan,and the methods to improve the user's identity.Through the above research and practical experience,the following conclusions are drawn: In terms of the current operating situation,different content themes,different text compositions,different push locations,and different release months all present the dissemination effect of the operating content of the new Chuanyan WeChat public account.Significant differences;and the new postgraduate entrance examination WeChat public account as a whole shows a lack of originality.Regarding the user's recognition of the WeChat account of Xinchuan Kaoyan,first,among the influencing factors of the overall satisfaction of the WeChat account of Xinchuan Kaoyan,content practicability,perceived service quality and the degree of confirmation of expectations are positively correlated,and three There is a significant positive correlation between the users and the overall satisfaction of users;second,among the influencing factors of the overall satisfaction of the WeChat public account of the new pass,the content practicality has the largest impact,followed by the perceived service quality;third,the new pass Among the influencing factors of the overall loyalty of the Kaoyan WeChat public account,the continued use willingness has the largest influence,followed by the degree of emotional dependence;fourth,the continuous use willingness,continuous purchase willingness and emotional dependence are all related to the users ' The overall loyalty has a significant positive correlation.Therefore,the relevant explanations for the existing problems in the operation of the WeChat public account of the new postgraduate entrance examination and the improvement of user recognition are put forward: First,in view of the uneven professional qualities of the operators,the professional qualities of the operators should be improved and a professional operation team should be built.;Second,for the problem of insufficient content quality and expression,users should be personalized to push content to improve user stickiness;third,for the current situation of unclear profit-making development,the "Internet +" innovative thinking should be strengthened.Create sustainable profitable methods.
