| With the rapid development of the digital industry on a global scale,digital talents,as the source of industrial development,are becoming the focus of competition in various regions.In recent years,the digital industry in Fujian Province has achieved good results,but there are also deficiencies in human resources,such as a shortage of digital talents and quality that cannot meet the requirements of digital enterprises.As the supply side of digital talents,colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility and mission of cultivating and enhancing the competence of digital talents.Therefore,from the perspective of universities,taking the competence of digital talents in Fujian Province as the starting point for the research,and selecting the training of digital talents in Fujian Province as the research object,the in-depth analysis of training issues has important practical significance.This study uses qualitative and quantitative research methods,based on the competency theory.First,conduct behavioral event interviews with outstanding digital talents in Fujian Province,network data mining digital talent-related recruitment advertisements,and in-depth literature on digital talents’ competence The research has led to an initial model of the competence of digital talents.Then,through the questionnaire survey method,555 valid data were obtained,SPSS27.0 and Amos23.0 were used for data analysis,the competence characteristics of digital talents were clarified,and the competence model of digital talents in Fujian Province was constructed.At the same time,with the help of valid questionnaire data,the status quo of the competence of digital talents in Fujian Province was analyzed again,and the roots were traced,and the problems in the cultivation of digital talents in universities in Fujian Province were studied from the perspective of talent supply.It was found that the digital talents cultivated by universities in Fujian Province had weak digital knowledge,Insufficient digital skills and general digital characteristics;and in-depth investigations into Fujian’s undergraduate colleges and universities to investigate the reasons for the constraints in the process of digital talent training in Fujian colleges and universities,namely:(1)the lack of contemporary training concepts;(2)the focus of training objectives is blurred;(3)Curriculum system is weakly pertinent;(4)Traditional teaching methods are single;(5)Training coordination conditions are lagging behind;(6)Student evaluation system is mechanical.This study proposes that the cultivation of digital talents in Fujian universities should address the existing problems,based on the Fujian Province’s digital talent competency model,with the help of OBE concepts and constructivist theories to construct the digital talent training model.The specific countermeasures are as follows:(1)Establish digital talents Talent OBE training concept;(2)Competency-oriented achievement-oriented development of training goals;(3)Renew the curriculum system based on the OBE reverse design principle;(4)Reform teaching methods based on the constructivist teaching concept;(5)Coordinated interaction of multiple subjects Build collaborative training conditions;(6)Optimize the student evaluation system based on the constructivist learning concept. |
