| College is part of both higher education and vocational education.It is different of regular higher education,so it should have a talent cultivating node that totally different from the regular higher education.The current college has a systematic deviation between thetalent cultivating type and social needs,and the deviation is concentrate on performance of difference and distance between the talent cultivating effect and the market needs.This is the most important reflection of college quality,and also important reason that affects social stability and sustainable economic development.In order to correct this deviation,the innovation of college talent cultivating mode is necessary.This paper uses the literature law, comparative law to explore the practice and illustrated by the case of xinyang agricultural college we hope this research can provide a theoretical basis for talent-training model.The results that:The first, teaching system and talent development scheme is crying out for reform, urgently needs to is reformedThe second,we analyze the current situation of the talents-training education in our country and puts forward the main problems education that exists in the course.we design employment-oriented with the knowledge-ability-the quality of Trinity's application of skills and compound"one-third-one"training mode.The third, we analyses the characteristic of one-third-one talent cultivating mode out one by one,and sets out to answer standard,diathesis aimed talents training mode and demonstrates this training mode deeply from the respects of training aim,curriculum mode,cooperation of industry and college,quality appraisement and so on.we illustrated by the case of Animal Science department of xinyang agricultural college conducts a number of exploration and practice.It will effectively improve the quality of personnel training,double certificates rate and employment rate to meet the teaching goal which can offer high-quality professionals for forestry production, construction and management.The four is the model and comprehensive evaluation can provide a theoretical basis for talent-training model. |
