Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, with the high-speed development of economy, high-level andprofessional talented person in various fields are in urgent need. Education ofpostgraduate with major degree in our country is emerged because of this kind ofdemand and opportunity. It requires graduate students to know the knowledge ofprofessional fields. It also requires education of postgraduate with major degree meetsthe demand of having the ability of serving the country and people. We have to train thehigh-level applied talents with great effort. Therefore, we should reinforce the educationof postgraduate with major degree by knowing the weakness first---lack of practicalteaching. Some leaders of the education institution don’t pay enough attention topractical teaching. The way of practical teaching is not perfect. We are still in theexploratory stage of the postgraduate with major degree education. Our construction ofthe professional practice base can’t meet the need. We have to propose a specificcountermeasure for dealing with this situation and build an applied practice teachingsystem.This research is based on the theory of modern management and modernpedagogy. It raises several ideas on building the practice teaching system of educationof postgraduate with major degree in the colleges and universities. Chapter one isfocused on the reason of choosing this topic, the target of the research and the methodof the research. It also focused on telling the significance of this research both in theoryand practical ways. Chapter two is focused on Professional Master, practice teachingsystem, personnel training mode and several core-concepts of practice teaching system.It analyzes system theory, adaptive learning system, modern pedagogy and teachingsystem with the help of modern management and modern pedagogy.It investigates thetheory base of building the practice teaching system and uses the applied talent trainingsystem to support the thesis. Chapter three is focused on the description and analysis ofthe current situation and feature of practical teaching system in our country. It alsopoints out the primal problem of practical teaching system in our country and the reasonat the present. Chapter four is focused on the comparative analysis of the training modeof topical postgraduate with major degree in our country. It introduces theresearch status of the postgraduate with major degree practical teaching system overseas. It also analyzes and summarizes the situation of building the practice teachingsystem of education of postgraduate with major degree in the colleges and universitiesoverseas. Chapter five is the emphasis of this thesis. It generalizes the rules we shouldfollow on building the practice teaching system of education of postgraduate with majordegree in the colleges and universities in our country which are standardizedand orderly principle, system principle, innovating with down-to-earth attitudeprinciple and coordinate principle etc. It points out the operating mechanisms of thepractice teaching system of education of postgraduate with major degree in thecolleges and universities in our country are as followed:Firstly to know the object setof the practice teaching. Secondly to build the content system of the practice teaching.Thirdly to build the manage system of the practice teaching. Fourthly to build thesecurity system of the practice teaching. Fifthly to perfect the check-up system of thepractice teaching. It is hoped that we can promote the building and perfection of thepractice teaching system of education of postgraduate with major degree in thecolleges and universities and increase the competitive strength of our colleges anduniversities by the above-mentioned thoughts in various levels.
