| At present,the times of information and data has entered a comprehensive way,and digitization has quickly come into all the aspects of social development.Digital transformation has become the key to the development of modern agriculture in China during this period.Digital technologies,like the agricultural Internet of Things,agricultural big data,and artificial intelligence planting are pushing my country’s agricultural production methods to transform.Speeding the digital technology’s application in the agricultural industry,developing smart agricultural rural areas,and comprehensively promoting high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization are my country’s major strategic deployments.Under the unified deployment of the state,Chongqing has actively carried out digital transformation in the agricultural industry.Some good development results,improved efficiency of the agricultural production,and promoted agricultural economic development have been achieved during the last two years.With the quick development of digital agriculture in Chongqing,insufficient talent support has become a major obstacle.Therefore,accelerating the training of digital agriculture talents has become the key to success.This article takes Chongqing’s digital agricultural talent training model as a research topic to discuss the innovation of modern agricultural talent training model.First of all,this research uses the literature review method to summarize the relevant knowledge and theories of digital agriculture with talent training,and summarizes the current research status at home and abroad to emphasize a theoretical and empirical basis for the research;and then,by means of the analysis of the current status and development plan of digital agriculture in Chongqing Figure out the structure,level and scale of the talent demand for the development of digital agriculture in Chongqing;then through the analysis of the current status of digital agriculture talents in Chongqing and the current status of digital agriculture talent training models,we find that the current talent training models include model structure,hierarchical and segmented training models,and production.There are disadvantages in the three aspects the teaching integration,training model and the joint training model.Finally,based on the results of the problem analysis and the demand for digital agriculture talents in Chongqing,corresponding optimization suggestions wer Ie I put forward,the talent training model was restructured,and the government,The improvement strategies and safeguard measures of the three major training bodies of colleges and production-education alliances.By the problem analysis and the demand for digital agriculture talents in Chongqing,corresponding optimization suggestions were put forward,the talent training model was restructured,and the government,The improvement strategies and safeguard measures of the three major training bodies of colleges and production-education alliances.Through a comprehensive analysis of the demand for digital agriculture talents and the current status of talent training models in Chongqing,the study found the problems in the bank training models and put forward optimization suggestions to provide references for Chongqing’s agricultural talent training reform decisions. |
