Research On The Social Adaptability Of Allopatric New Farmers In Yao’an County

Rural revitalization is a major strategic plan made by the Party and the state,and a historic task of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and a modern socialist country in all respects.Talent revitalization,as the key to rural revitalization,should place human capital development in an important position and form a virtuous cycle of talent,land,capital and industry in rural areas.Rural revitalization needs industry as the support.As a group of people who grow up in the development of modern agricultural industry,the new farmers play an important role in the prosperity of rural industry and prosperity.New farmers in a part of this group is beyond the root development of different new farmers,different new farmers to leave the original residence to unfamiliar regional agricultural production and operation activities,they are in the process of adapt to the local social life that there are more or less difficulties,restricts the new farmers to adapt to different ground and into the local society.Yao ’an County is located in the central and northern part of Yunnan Province.It is surrounded by mountains and has broad plains in the middle.Agriculture is its main economic industry,but the local industry and service industry are underdeveloped.In addition,Yao ’an county is one of the counties under the jurisdiction of Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture.The Yi population accounts for about a quarter of the total population of the county,and the minority population accounts for a large proportion.The yi culture atmosphere in the county is strong.Therefore,the study on the social adaptation of new farmers from other places in Yao’an county has typical characteristics in underdeveloped rural areas and ethnic areas,and has outstanding research value for the study on the revitalization of rural talents under the background of rural revitalization.The research is based on the social adaptation of new farmers in yao ’an County.After determining the research theme,the research objectives and the expected results can be achieved by elaborating the background meaning of the topic.Study combining both at home and abroad about the latest progress in the study of different new farmer social adaptability summarizes made a systematic and integrated use of literature research,in-depth interview method,case analysis of this research covers the research content is analyzed,combined with the push-pull theory,social adaptability theory as the basic theory of supported this study.This study further on the basis of theoretical analysis on was beyond the resultant force for the formation of new farmers,find out the new farmer inverse city exists in the process of urbanization from thrust and tensile strength of the country,and on the field survey and in-depth interviews was beyond the new farmer after taking an example of empirical new farmers new local was beyond the existing difficulties.This paper explores the adaptation and integration of new farmers in Yao ’an county to local government policies,economic production,material environment,spiritual life and social relations.Based on the preliminary investigation,this paper deeply analyzes the changes of the new farmers in yao ’an County in the early,middle and late stages of social adaptation and the risks from economic development,social integration and natural environment in the process of social adaptation.According to the research results and the difficulties in social adaptation of new farmers from other places in Yao ’an County,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the adaptive development of new farmers from other places in Yao ’an County based on certain influencing factors.Finally,on the basis of this study,the author summarizes and prospects the follow-up development of social adaptation and rural revitalization of new farmers in other places.
