| Since the 21 st century,with the development of the Internet and electronic information technology,mobile phones,computers,tablets and other devices have become more and more popular,and social platforms such as Wechat and Weibo have gradually occupied people’s lives.In this process,people will produce personal digital files in various forms and from a wide range of sources.Personal digital archives refer to various data files and information resources with useful value and significance generated by individuals in their study,work or life.Due to their large number and fast updating,it is very necessary for individuals to manage them reasonably.As a generation growing up under the development background,college students enjoy the convenience of the data age and will inevitably form a large number of personal digital file resources in their lives.Based on this,this paper selects college students from Anhui University and constructs the relevant model framework combined with WSR methodology,Using the grounded theory to study and analyze the management of contemporary college students’ personal digital archives,and carry out a detailed discussion and discussion from the three dimensions of Wuli,Shili and Renli,in order to provide reference and Enlightenment for the construction and management of personal digital archives.The main content of this paper is divided into the following parts:The first part mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and research significance,and combs the research content,research ideas and research methods of this paper.The second part starts with clarifying the concept of personal digital archives,summarizes the main types and characteristics of personal digital archives,divides the process of personal digital archives management,and gives examples of the main behaviors in different aspects.The third part introduces WSR methodology to construct the framework and model of College Students’ personal digital archives management behavior from the three dimensions of Wuli,Shili and Renli.The fourth part uses grounded theory to encode and classify the interview data on the basis of in-depth interview,and explores the relationship between various behaviors.The fifth part explains the interview data from three aspects: the types of personal digital archives,archiving tools and equipment at the physical level,the analysis of personal digital archives management methods,and the analysis of individual differences in personal digital file management.The sixth part is the problem discussion,which mainly focuses on the problems and solutions of college students in personal digital archives management.The last part is the research conclusion and prospect,which summarizes the content of the full text,puts forward the future outlook according to the research results,and summarizes the shortcomings of the article. |
