The Design And Construction Of Digital Campus Oriented Archives Information Management System

With the coming of information age,and modern education marks the development of digital c ampus,campus paper Archives management faced with the information technology revolution bring s huge challenges,campus archives is a historical record of the activities between teachers and stude nts,as a carrier of information,it is bearing the weight of the history of school culture and memory.However many schools use the stand-alone version of super star Archives management system,on a computer,collection,management,entry,making use of the archives work slowly,disadvantages su ch as lack of safe backup way is increasingly outstanding.Given the current school archives under t he premise of information explosion,in order to manage and make good use of campus archives,im prove the management and utilization of archives campus,I participated in the design and constructi on of archives information management system.Starting from the actual requirements of digital campus construction,this thesis designed a digital campus archives management system based on data processing,the students all digital Archives,stored in the service center of campus,prevent loss and convenient management.Its purpose is through information stored information about students' personal archives,convenient student's personal Archives management.Borrow return registration information,Archives transfer,archives and archives query and so on all is the foundation of the system function.Students can service center on campus with the help of business people to understand their own archives.A HDFS distributed Archives system is set up,the deployment of the HBase distributed database,using the Map-Reduce programming model,implemented a computational model and data processing of the campus information management system based on cloud file.The Archives management system to achieve the user registration and account management,Archives collection,Archives management,search management,statistical analysis module,has perfect user management function,it can provide convenient inquiry function,can provide a variety of data input and management tools that can assist teaching affairs.This thesis first presents situation of educational information and the digital campus is expounded,it is necessary to establish an archival information system,and then gives the requirement analysis and design of archives information system,and introduces the specific technical design method of each function module and used,is introduced to build a big data processing platform,the main the function module has been tested in detail.Finally,the further work is prospected.
