The year 2021 is known as the "first year of the metauniverse",which has officially reached the public from science fiction,virtual games and other fields.Mainmainstream media in China after the media integration,digital construction development stage,also joined the exploration of the development of the universe,Xinhua News Agency,People’s Daily and other central mainstream media,as well as Chongqing daily,Henan daily and other provincial media,combined with their own characteristics have launched a different style of digital collection.These digital products published by mainstream media organizations are inextricably linked with traditional news works.What are the unique values of digital news collections? Can the media attributes of news organizations bring different exchange value to digital collections?In order to answer the above questions,this study systematically summarizes the different connotations of the news value of the mass communication era,social media era and deep media era by combing the existing literature.At the same time,this paper conducted in-depth interviews and focus groups with 40 research subjects(including 10 media practitioners),and conducted open coding,spindle coding and selective coding of primary data with the assistance of Nvivo12 software.Finally,on the basis of three coding,this paper summarizes the value element composition model of news digital collection.Based on the above work,this study fully explains the constituent element model of the value of news digital collection,and sorts out the logical relationship between the value elements of news digital collection.First of all,at the content level,the digital news collection still contains elements in the traditional news value theory such as authenticity,timeliness and relevance.In addition,under the secondary processing of digital technology,the digital news collection has a unique artistry,which further promotes the commodity value of the digital news collection.Secondly,at the user level,the news digital collections also fully reflect the service value.Different from the traditional one-way communication of news works,the digital news collections are highly social.The immersive audio-visual experience not only meets the unique psychological needs of users,but also provides diversified emotional services.Finally,at the guiding level,based on the public and cultural nature of the topic selection,the digital news collection generally shows a high degree of social value.To sum up,this study holds that the news digital collection,a non-traditional news derivative,has multiple value elements,and the news digital news collection further expands the connotation and extension of the traditional news value on the basis of inheriting the traditional news value elements.Finally,this thesis puts forward a series of suggestions on the brand marketing and product design of mainstream media news digital collections from the aspects of communication subject,communication content,communication object and communication value,aiming to make mainstream media organizations more able to adapt to the wave of digital transformation in the era of deep media. |
