Research On Social Work Practice Of Employment Guidance For Fresh Graduates Of Navigation Majors

At present,with the increase in the number of graduates in our country,the difficulty of employment guidance in colleges and universities is increasing.The employment guidance work of the employment guidance center in colleges and universities cannot meet the needs of the new situation.Based on this,the author takes D University as an example and focuses on navigation majors.The current situation of employment guidance for fresh graduates,put forward the existing problems,from the perspective of social work,discuss the employment problems of fresh graduates of maritime majors,and try to embed social workers in the career guidance link of maritime professional colleges Assist the instructor to solve the employment problem of fresh graduates majoring in navigation.Based on the theory of social support and the theory of advantage perspective,this research analyzes the current situation,problem performance and causes of employment guidance for fresh graduates of the maritime major in Chapter 3,The employment problems faced by fresh graduates of majors are classified into three categories: "self-cognition bias","unclear career planning",and "insufficient career awareness".Each category chooses one service object to carry out specific practices.Service,in the fourth chapter,the task center model is adopted,focusing on the goal of improving the capabilities of the service objects,and pre-setting targeted service plans.In Chapter 5,different intervention plans are implemented according to different types of service targets,and the intervention effects are evaluated at the end of the service.In the sixth chapter,we summarize the applicable context of the casework and reflect on the entire service.Through research,it is found that the professional method of social work has indeed played an effective role in solving the employment problem of fresh graduates of the maritime major.However,the research has certain limitations,This research hopes to provide reference for other scholars to study related issues and enrich the society.At the same time,it is hoped that more scholars will carry out more in-depth practical research on the employment guidance of maritime professions.
