The Two-sided Matching Theory sets market resources optimal allocation as research target,and focuses on the issue of balanced efficiency and fairness when market participants match each other.That Gale and Shapley invented the G-S algorithm to marriage market is a birth sign of The Two-sided Matching Theory,furthermore,Roth and other scholars ensure its research foundation,which prompted the theory to build its whole system.The Two-sided Matching Theory later was quickly applied to many areas as higher education,graduates employment,etc,and became an important tool to optimize allocation of resources.Since universities enrollment were expanded in 1999,the scale of Xinjiang fresh graduates had had two massive growths and made the employment problem conspicuously,which was quickly reflected by statistics indexes as employment rate.Xinjiang was weak in faculty,teaching condition and other aspects compared with eastern regions in a long time,fresh graduates’ employment as a difficult and enormous project is more considered to be a key of people livelihood and a long-term strategy,which is a significant task of Xinjiang social stability.Therefore,it is necessary to apply the Two-sided Matching Theory in the problem of fresh graduates’ employment,exploring the mechanism background by researching its match process,and finally gifts improvements to make sure fresh graduates could be better employed.The paper based on Two-sided Matching Theory,Principal Agent Theory,Job Searching Theory and Labor resources Allocation Theory will have a deep research to the matching mechanism of Xinjiang fresh graduates employment,which is divided as five steps: Firstly,studying Two-sided Matching Theory’s development history,applied areas,matching algorithms and main models;Secondly,analyzing Xinjiang fresh graduates’ scale changes,character changes and situations of external supports combined with the background of Chinese universities enrollment expansion;Thirdly,dividing employment styles as out-campus employment and campus employment according to differences in information sources,and mainly researching their connected algorithms called random preference and ordering preference,to test whether they meet optimality conditions;Fourthly,further discussing influences to matching process without some assumptions,including factors of minority,recruitment cycle,tripartite agreement and rent-seeking behaviors;F inally,due to results of former four steps,putting forward measures and suggestions to improve fresh graduates employment matching from various aspects,such as career planning education,information spread channels,campus recruitments,encouraging innovation with entrepreneurship and so on.The paper has these conclusions:(1)Fresh graduates’ employment market is decentralization.(2)Information asymmetry leads out-campus employment only meets the fair demand rather than stable demand and anti-strategic demand,however,campus employment just cannot meet anti-strategic demand——both of them are not Pareto optimum.(3)Because of the university acts a role of information provider,in Xinjiang fresh graduates market,campus employment is better than out-campus employment.(4)Xinjiang minority fresh graduates’ employment quality is decided by the fact whether their abilities could gain market arrange level or not,and whether could successfully transform their special conditions to competitive advantages.(5)Tripartite agreement and recruitment cycle both have positive and negative influences to job matching,but rent-seeking behaviors only break the whole matching process.(6)Some markets of Xinjiang have potent ials that could try to gradually operate centralized improvements.In this time,the paper researches matching mechanism of Xinjiang fresh graduates employment depends on the vision of Two-sided Matching Theory,not only doing a new attempt to the problem of fresh graduates employment,but also supplements relevant contents of two-sided matching and job matching,in a step,enriching the whole system of Two-sided Matching Theory.
